Subway continues to be a scam. Has anyone ever had a sandwich that looked even remotely like the ones in the pictures? They show a sandwich packed high with ingredients but give you one where the filling is invisible. It looks like just a loaf of bread. It's a joke now and always has been.

If you order through a third party delivery service, and you order your sandwich toasted, the restaurant WILL NOT toast it. If there is a problem with your order, the restaurant will not answer your phone call. They will simply ignore you until you quit calling them. Horrible service, okay food I guess. If only they'd answer the phone and correct their mistakes.

Nicely made sandwiches, Greta customer service. Can't remember the names of the ladies but my husband and I went and got sandwiches and they gave great service. Put a good amount of extras on like we asked as well.

I did not get what I ordered for delivery. When I drove out there to get my sandwich replaced the worker gave me shit for it and I still ended up paying the delivery fees.

The subway next to carle is our fave. They are so awesome in there and really take good care of you. People going in are often coming from the hospital, and the staff just treats you wonderfully! Definitely pricier than a lot of places in town, though for a sandwich.
The store is open until 10:30. I order online at like 9 pm. The doors are locked and the lady is staring like I’m stupid. She’s just on her phone.
Also, go to other Subway stores outside of Campustown. There’s an extra tax and it’s more expensive overall by like $4.

The young lady working around 1:30 had the radio so loud she could not hear me and I could not hear her soft voice. Asked for Italian herb bread and pepper jack cheese. I got white bread and Monterey Jack cheese on my to go order. She wants a paycheck, but doesn't want to work with the public.

If you go here and also go to the location on Gregory, you will feel right away this particular location does not trick you with meat quantity unlike that Subway on Gregory. Note that this review is written after several visits for both locations over a duration of 1 year.
