The employee gave me attitude because he messed up a coupon order for two footlongs. He then refused to give me guacamole because he didn't feel like making it. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, but the sandwich was good at least.

I ordered online. Did not look at my sub till I got back to work. This is the most skimpy sub I have ever gotten from subway in 30 years. When I called them up about it they did not seem to care. I will go to the University Ave. location, as they make much better subs. Stay away.

Had subway in Urbana Il in in Walmart with my daughter three days ago, usually everything is good and clean, but when I got home three days later, I got very very sick. I don’t know if it was me or they just weren’t clean, but I don’t believe that I’m gonna be going back there to eat again

This place should be given to new owners. Current staff is rude, arguementive and fails to please customers. You have to repeatedly ask for veggies before they even put a decent amount on when ordering just a veggie sandwich. Opening up a sub that was made online is so disappointing to see all the toppings able to fit on half the sandwich and just bread from the side.

On line it said the Subway in Walmart Urbana, had Gluten free bread for the Sub's. I call the lady said no!!! Very disappointed?
The Urbana Wal-Mart Subway Location has gone down hill terribly in the last couple of months! I order through the app and the last 2 orders have been wrong, the gentleman that is there when I pick up is rude and he is ALWAYS on his cell phone. I pay extra for extra meat and cheese and the last 2 times there has not been extra plus yesterday the bread was wrong on 2 of the 3 sandwiches. This location is not nearly as clean as it used to be either. I will be changing locations if I have any other issues with this one.

Sad. Subway is usually a go to failsafe but this one is BAD!!! There's a male that works here that I and others have complained about his dirty habits.... the manager asks surprised EVERY time we tell on him. Today, I saw someone else working so I thought I would give it a try again... sandwich was DRIPPING with Buffalo sauce. I only managed to eat about 1/4 of it before I just threw it away. It's been almost 30 minutes and my mouth is still burning! Wish I had noticed just how much he was putting on before it was too late.... oh well. $12 lesson learned. I'll be watching and dictating just how much to use when I go to OTHER subways now.

I visit this subway frequently. I have gone to many subways, and as of the past 5 years most of them skimp out on the meat. The women, who I presume is the owner, does anything but this.If you were to double your meat you would be quadrupling it by comparison to every other subway restaurant in Illinois. The women is kind, polite, courteous, and the bread is fresh! Another thing that is severely lacking at most subways.It costs $200,000 to open a subway franchise, and I understand why others try to cut costs, but this shop does anything but that! I don't know what's with all the negative reviews. Never would have guessed the best subway in town is hiding in a Walmart.
