The women that run the drive through are AWESOME. Friday April 5th 2024, one of the ladies came running out as we were pulling away to get onto University Ave. to tell us that we were short 1 taco. As fast as she was to catch us, and; as we were ready to back up, they had it in a bag ready to go for us.I know what you're thinking; just one taco? It’s not about that. It’s about the fact that something so SMALL as being short one taco means that they care enough to get it right by catching us before we left. They were both smiling and laughing while they brought it to us in our car. Service is a hard job and these women at this Taco Bell know how to do service right.Thank you.

The burrito on the right is a $1.79 bean burrito, and the burrito on the left is the $6.99 chicken cantina burrito. I am so over fast food places charging outrageous prices for practically nothing. This is not the only Taco Bell location that I've ordered these same items and received this trash. I don't know if this is what they're telling all Taco Bell locations how do make burritos or just the locations near me, but its a common trend. $10 for two slim burritos. What happened to the days where you'd get tons of food for a fraction of the cost we're paying now?

I meant to make this review the other day, but one of the Employees whose name was Ezra was working drive thru and he was so professional and polite. The food was great too! Thanks to Ezra we will be coming back again and again!

Very rude cashier. After getting my food in the drive thru, I remained there for about thirty seconds because I was getting directions to my next destination on my phone. There wasn’t a car behind me. She made me roll down my window and told me I had to move because they were on a time limit. I told her I was about to move and she said “yeah” in a very aggressive way. This is extremely rude and no way to treat a paying customer.

The drive thru is on spot !I ordered 3 Chili Cheese BurritosOMG I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THESE ?? !!!!I'M HOPING THEY KEEP THE PIZZA ON THE MENU UNTIL I CAN GET THERE AGAIN !TACO BELL ON UNIVERSITY YOUR MOVING UP TO MY 10 ⭐FAST FOOD RESTAURANT !Vegetarian options: They can make anything vegetarian because they make all their meals fresh!Somedays I just don't feel like meat and order what I want minus the meat....Parking: The parking lot is always clean and there is plenty of it ! Their Handicap Parking is right at the door so you don't have to cross Drivvethru Traffic...Kid-friendliness: They have a kids Menu and tables that are easily accessible !Wheelchair accessibility: The Parking Lot is very wheelchair accessible and easy to go into the restaurant without having to cross Drivvethru Traffic ! Tables are set up to be easily accessible for Wheelchairs ?

I frequent this location about 4-5 times a month, for the last 2 years. They've never forgotten an item or had poor service when I order through the app, and I routinely go out of my way to pick up from this location. My only complaint would be that even when I sometimes order extra sauce on the items, it's the same as when I order the item normally, but that might just be my own taste/expectations rather than their fault. Nonetheless I appreciate all the great meals.

I ordered through the app and had issues with the Doordash delivery. I called and the manager Gabrielle helped me out! I received my food still fresh and accurate after an hour delay! I love this Taco Bell, definitely my go to!
