Went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. Got the drinks, with no straws, and was asked to pull forward. Sat and waited for 10 minutes and watch at least 4 people pull up and out behind me. Pulled back to the window to see what was the hold up. The guy at the window is holding my bag. I say "oh, ok I was just wondering what was going on" and he replies "well $60 is a lot of food." #1 I put in a mobile order and waited a bit before going so it would be ready #2 it was 3 meals and a frosty, all the people that pulled in after totaled up to way more than that. #3 It's only a lot of money because the prices are all ridiculous now!

This Wendy's is the most clean fast food I've been to in a long time! The people are so nice and friendly! The food is always fresh and delicious. Definitely a top tier fast food place.

Ordered the biggy bag double stack started to eat it and realized the burger was not cooked at all and was raw. Ending up having food poisoning so would not recommend eating there.

No one in line and hardly anyone at the drive through and yet we stood at the counter for 5 minutes. No "Be right with you". Finally got an attendant. No "Good morning, welcome to Wendy's. " No "What can I get for you?" Just a sullen stare After getting our drink cups we saw that 70% of the drinks were unavailable. Told the attendant, who made several attempts to fix it without success. Upon leaving, we saw that the men's stall was out of order and the women's restroom had no paper towels. Poor overall experience!

Walked in to hearing workers fighting. Got told that 'he' will be with us shortly. The 'he' in question is Mr.D, Looked at us 3 times and ignored us 3 times before going to the bathroom and took my order after he came out.
Was not friendly or even remotely nice, didn't take my name. Got my order wrong, sucked his teeth at me when I went to let him know what was wrong. And put BN on my ticket when I said what my name was.
I'm from Florida. Recently moved, and this Wendy's is the rudist I've ever seen.

the guy at the front desk who took care of us delivered wonderful service! very attentive, bagged and prepared our mobile order, even gave us extra spongebob stickers with our food! i forgot to get his name but he was tall, young and wore glasses. Give this man a raise !!
