Amazing food! Would be better if the atmosphere was more Thai themed and not white washed with American propaganda strewn about the walls. I understand, though! You must adjust to the local mindset if you want your business to thrive. Please give Baan Thai a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice gem in the middle of central IL. Had beef pad Thai , chicken red curry and chicken pad Thai with drunken noodles. It was all delicious.

Food was great, and very reasonably priced. The Thai Iced Tea was so good that I ordered two. This place is a great little touch of culture to downtown!

Passing thru on way home and this restaurant was close to our hotel. The food was terrible, no flavor and chicken was tough and sliced as chips. How can you mess up fried rice, not sure but they did. Do not recommend. The only good thing was the waitress and she was very nice!!!

A very good family owned restaurant. This place is run by husband( from America)and wife (from Thailand). Husband makes very good American breakfast next door and wife does excellent Thai food. We had a request of making our order vegetarian with no fish sauce nor eggs, they happily customized it for us. We were here during holiday season, they offered us a complementary dessert which was really good. It should their kindness and compassion they have towards their customers.
