We were in yesterday and it took forever to get our food. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and was doing her best. There were two ladies just standing around while this poor young lady was covering everything but the making of the meals. I felt so bad for her. She was really working hard. The food was good though.

We were traveling. The location was very obviously short-staffed, but the food was perfectly cooked and the cashier, who was visibly handling several stations, was friendly and handling the stress so perfectly, he was amazing. It took a little longer than expected, but the experience from my observation was positive. Ignore the critics about the time, and watch the great people who are working hard and doing a great job that many take for granted.
Made my order for a breakfast sandwich and a large coke, when I get to the window I am told the ice machine is not working so there is no ice in my drink. I took a drink and the coke was flat as could be. My sandwich had been microwaved and the croissant was wet and gummy, overall a waste of time and money. Will not return.

fries were okay. not hot but they were warm. my burger on the other hand, the bun was frozen. didnt feel comfortable eating it. even after heating it up. there was 2 cars ahead of us and it took about 20 minutes.
