Well my kids were excited to play on the playground but they had it closed. Probably because they are to lazy to clean it. Also my kids have Halloween chicken nuggets buts its literally the day before Thanksgiving. It also took very long to recieve our food. All in all its not a very good location I would avoid this berger king.

During my last visit I received decent service as in the cashier was very kind and attentive. However, when I received my food (chicken fries) they were cold, rubbery, hard, chunky, and just tasted absolutely atrocious. Sadly, I ended up having to throw them all away. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the food from this location these days. Even when I ask for them to be made fresh they are burnt to a crisp. 😔😞 It is what it is. 😟🥺 Buyers beware. Don’t end up with buyer’s remorse. Take it from me.

The service I received was dead on, people were kind and attentive. As a child, I used to go to BK a lot, maybe even more so than McDonald’s honestly. However, flash forward to 2025 and I am just highly disappointed in the quality of the food these days. I used to love getting chicken fries (my favorite) but whether I ask for them made cook to order or not they just taste atrocious. If I don’t say made cook to order I get them and they are rubbery and hard and chunky. It’s truly appalling. If I do say made cook to order they are hot and crispy but they’re also burnt. I just give up. It is what it is. 😔😞 Just thought y’all should know.

Cold food slow workers and I only ordered a child's chicken nugget combo took me 23 min to get and it had been sitting up there for awhile when I asked where it was they grabbed from the pile that had been collected. Will NOT BE BACK

We were in yesterday and it took forever to get our food. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and was doing her best. There were two ladies just standing around while this poor young lady was covering everything but the making of the meals. I felt so bad for her. She was really working hard. The food was good though.
