It was definitely a better visit at this Arby's than the others. Food was hot and fresh! We did have to come in because they forgot a sandwich. But the guy in the drive thru was sincerely sorry.
Today is my birthday and unfortunately within the last few days I became homeless. I came here to eat and Jessica was 100% patient and friendly with me. It absolutely made my day and it’s just hard to find customer service like this. Having been a fast food manager for 5 years, I realize people like this don’t get recognized enough. Thanks Jessica!

We stopped while traveling for the holidays. My wife's sandwich looked very tiny, as in hardly any meat on it. She took it back in. They report they weigh the meat, and that is the serving size. The manager did make another sandwich so she could put them together.
