I've held back on my review now for 5 occasions. Everyone else highly praises them, so I thought maybe they're off their game, and i need to give them another chance...
The best way to describe the place, in my opinion, is INCONSISTENT and BLAND, but I'm a veteran that has traveled the world a few times and tried a variety of cuisine.
My first time there was flat out miserable; zero stars. My order was wrong, i asked for a shrimp fajita and got a chicken. My Mt.Dew was diet (i has aspartame sensitivity). Waitress never came back to the table; so after about 15 - 20 minutes, i went to cashout and told the cashier and left without paying. (Feb2022)
Second time, I was there with friends and refused to eat anything but the chips; one star. I asked for cheese dip, and guacamole never got either of those, but I did get a Mt.Dew to drink. (Aug2023)
Third time, I was there with friends again; three stars. I asked for cheese dip, and guacamole. Ordered a steak fajita and Mt.Dew. I like the cheese dip, it's thick and creamy and not watered down. Their guacamole is great as well, albiet lacking in spice. Their steak fajita was really americanized, no seasoning, nor spices, no aroma just steak and bells, and the mt.dew was dew. (June2024)
Fourth time, I went with friends yet again. These friends were aware of my bad experiences and had been begging me to go try them again. They prefer the lack of traditional seasoning... This was the best experience I have had here and give 4 stars. I adked for cheese dip. Ordered a steak quesadilla and Mt.Dew. The cheese dip was thick and creamy. the steak quesadilla was lightly seasoned, but it was great, and it was a massive portion with a side of lettuce and cheese (would have been better with rice also). Finally, the fifth time... I enjoyed the quesadilla so much from the 14th that I wanted it again, plus I ordered a side of rice which i thoughtvwould be the crown jewel for the meal, and ordered it carryout; we ended up with two stars. The quesadilla I got was tiny, no onions, no bell peppers, no side lettuce with shreded cheese. Just steak and cheese sauce, just a light snak. The rice was very good and saved the experience from being zero stars. Wish I had it with the meal on the 14th, though. (15Nov2024)
So again... INCONSISTENT and BLAND. Not a great facsimile of latino cuisine, but if you don't want the spice then this is the place...

The service was spot on!! So friendly and very nice well mannered young ladies that waited on me. And the food was so amazing😁 I would highly recommend to eat here.
