Absolutely disgraceful service. We waited fifteen minutes for a single cheeseburger, only to be met with pure rudeness. (We were the only ones there) One of the employees actually yelled at a 16-year-old girl just for talking to her friend—nothing inappropriate was said, just a normal conversation. Then, instead of showing an ounce of professionalism, they had the audacity to yell that we “can’t take our business elsewhere.” Excuse me? That’s exactly what we’ll do. If you think it’s acceptable to scream at paying customers and teenagers, you don’t deserve a dime of business. This location is a joke—slow, unprofessional, and downright hostile. Avoid it at all costs.

Quick update. They brought the food and didn't even bring everything. We're now at 20 minutes.
Another update, we had raw chicken. Now we're waiting for another batch of food.

Are y’all hiring cats now or? The young gentleman at the second window at 5:40pm, that was accompanied by a young lady. Kept making meowing noises and other odd noises at us. every-time he opened the window to give us drinks then or order. It was an extremely uncomfortable and just plain weird experience. Food was great. I’ve never had an experience like this here before….nor in general.

Lady taking the order had an attitude for no reason
12 pm is way too early to be hating your job people. Just came thru and asked for sauce with the 2 meals we got. The lady told us she can only give us one in a very rude tone. So I told her ring me up for 10 idc to pay for em I care that I get what I asked for and 90% of the time I don’t get any sauce. So I was gonna buy extra to have, this lady LEGIT through the sauce into my car and on my girlfriends lap causing it to bust all over. Multiple people in the store refused to identify the lady who threw the sauce. The first manager who came to us after this lied straight to our faces. Her name is Bethany. She said they put the sauces in the bag (trying to infer they weren’t thrown at us) when we hadn’t even got our food!!!! This place is a disgrace and should be bulldozed immediately! The second manager that came to help us only gave us a refund (which was requested as im not gonna support the way they are treating people right now) then again refused to tell us the name of the lady who through the sauce AND ACTIVELY COMMITTED A CRIME WHILE IN MCD UNIFORM. Throwing sauce and hitting someone is a battery so I strongly encourage the mcd team to look into this situation. These people don’t care about providing u with good service or food. The only thing this store cares about it the mighty dollar!
