Placed order in the drive through. They read the order back and was correct. Didn't get the correct food, waited another 30 min, then gave us to much and charged us again for the extra food, then asked for the extra food back.

The last two years when I come they charge me for things I ordered, but they don’t give me the things I ordered. At least a handful of times I order chili cheese tots and they give me cheese tots. Tonight we drove an hour to eat here. They had us repeat parts of our order because it was hard to hear, understandable. We ordered four ranch packets, and they gave us four honey bbq instead, and forgot to give us marinara for the mozzarella sticks we ordered. There were maybe 4 cars in the lot, at most. I’ve tried being patient and unproblematic- as I know short staffing and having to multitask a strenuous amount all day is not a joke. I will not be returning, probably much to the staffs relief. I will be getting my ranch elsewhere.

The last 2 nights we've came in a row and Justine has made my boys day both nights he choose to share his crystals and rocks with her and she made him feel so good about sharing them! She acted just as excited to receive them as he was to share them! We appreciate her and the family friendly atmosphere she gives off while working!

their was trash outside on ground everywhere, they messed up 1 out of 2 burgers and forgot my fries only thing that was good was our 2 shakes. The waitress also unprofessionally talked under her breath as she walked away.

I got the chicken tender meal with tater tots. The oil they cook them in needs to be changed. They need to do a boil out. The tenders and tots were way too dark. It made the taste bad. The service was fairly fast, so there was nothing to say about that.

The past 3 times we have placed an order for milkshakes , (usually 7 total for us and friends) they are all different flavored, none are marked and the person bringing them out is always surprised that we ask what flavor is what and never has a clue as to which is which. They are always a mess have smears of ice cream and other ingredients on the outside of the cup making a huge mess for the recipient and NO Napkins.
