Hours say they open at 8 am. We pulled in at 7:55 road tripping with 2 hungry kids and there was not one staff member or car in sight. Trash cans were full of trash. Super disappointing. Update your hours, we made a stop in this town specifically to get breakfast at Sonic.

Placed order in the drive through. They read the order back and was correct. Didn't get the correct food, waited another 30 min, then gave us to much and charged us again for the extra food, then asked for the extra food back.

The last two years when I come they charge me for things I ordered, but they don’t give me the things I ordered. At least a handful of times I order chili cheese tots and they give me cheese tots. Tonight we drove an hour to eat here. They had us repeat parts of our order because it was hard to hear, understandable. We ordered four ranch packets, and they gave us four honey bbq instead, and forgot to give us marinara for the mozzarella sticks we ordered. There were maybe 4 cars in the lot, at most. I’ve tried being patient and unproblematic- as I know short staffing and having to multitask a strenuous amount all day is not a joke. I will not be returning, probably much to the staffs relief. I will be getting my ranch elsewhere.
