Online order placed for this location could not be filled because they were out of the item, but store refused to refund the money paid for the order and told us we have to contact customer service, which is closed. The online request form also doesn’t work. Not worth all of the time and hassle- we won’t be returning.

Really worst place in the world. I took my kids for ice cream and the staff were really rude to us. We said 2 i e creams in a cone and she gave only 1 ice cream. Again i asked for 1 more i e cream and she rudely replied you said 1. Its a normal logic that with 2 kids we would like to have 2 ice cream. I wish they might learn how to handle customers. Really pathetic.

I took my girls here for ice cream and waited about 5 minutes and no one came out. So I kept saying hello but still no one came out from the back. I then yelled loudly Hello. That's when two young people came out from the back and said they were in the office. The young man looked sleep because his eyes were red and the young lady didn't say much of anything. She did ring us up and I stated that I was waiting for over five minutes and they should have someone in the front but she didn't respond. The floors in here are dirty and need to be swept and the tables need to be wipe off, so my question would be why aren't yall doing those things in instead of being in the office sleep. The service that I received in the beginning was horrible however both of the workers stayed out of the office as my kids had ice cream.

Ice cream is not maintained at the right temperature, so it can be soft, goopy, or even re-frozen with ice crystals on top. Also, the ice cream flavors are mis-labeled and the people who work there don't know what flavors they have.

I went to this location in person to order an ice cream cake for my daughters' birthday on a Thursday, for pickup on Sunday, 3 days later. The website said to allow 48 hours for custom cake orders so I thought this would allow plenty of time. The order taker took my order for a custom ice cream cake with a Happy Birthday message on the top. The charge for the cake was $41 and I was told to pick up the cake at 3 pm on Sunday. Long story short, the cake was not available on Sunday when I arrived around 3:30 pm to pick it up. The staff member there, a different employee from whom I ordered the cake, called the store manager in an attempt to locate the cake, and I was told that someone had failed to deliver the completed cake to this location. Fortunately I was allowed to substitute the cake with a generic ice cream cake from the cooler, and later on one of the guests discovered a piece of plastic in it! Please be aware of ordering or purchasing an ice cream cakes from this location.

I paid roughly $10 for my shake. The worker refused to mix any flavors. She said I was lying that what I mentioned that other Baskin Robbins do mix them. And then She made my shake over watery…. It was super awkward ordering as the lady behind the counter seemed afraid or angry and didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there ready to order. When I ordered anyway and requested the topping, she said they didn’t sell that.

Went there today to get ice cream for my daughter and me. Worst customer service I have ever received. Employee was rude and messed up my order. When I asked for a refund she told me she could do a partial refund and I would have to go online to get a refund. Then she continued to argue with me. After leaving the store I attempted to fill out a survey on the website and was told the survey # and store # were invalid…there goes my chance of trying to get my money back. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone.
