This time I had MULTIPLE things missing from my order. They won’t deliver the missing items but instead issue you a refund. That doesn’t help me when I’m hosting. Stop going here

We used to LOVE this place when it was wings, sports, beer. And when they had lunch specials. But it went downhill, they removed the lunch specials (at least on weekends) and the food prices rose. The last couple times we went it was filthy, smelled of stale beer. I buy their sauce at the grocery store, but we won't go in for wings anymore. Plus that buffalo mascot on the commercial is just obnoxious. Horrible ads, horrible image.

Horrible service by our waitress Melanie.. place was empty and not busy she did not come around to ask if he needed drinks, utensils or napkins.. when we did ask for drinks and utensils she seemed bothered. Stood at the register area entire time instead of doing her job.. we ended up asking for another server who brought out additional food we wanted to order and did not give me my receipt when I requested..
