Service was awful, took 20 minutes to get drinks, wings delivered cold. Manager did give 25% off for cold food, but husband never got second beer he ordered. We had to wait for silverware, and salt and pepper for my salad. Will not be going

Bartender with black hair has terrible judgement and can see why you guys are rated 2 stars in reviews. If Binny's takes my scratches and dents on my ID y'all should to. The whole photo was very clearly displayed with my entire face. I'm 25, June 17th 1998. Get better service and judgment. Never been denied service over the smallest damages on one edge of my id. I've bartended way to long (6years, yes you can bartend at 18 in certain townships of IL) Your a joke. Especially when I showed multiple other forms of identification with the same name and and insurance card with my birthdate to confirm my REALID. And she refused to look at them and just kept mentioning how young I look. I’m not sorry I have great skin and take care of myself. PS your bartender seemed to be so stuck on how amazing my skin looked and how young I looked she didn’t even check my friends id. She was so fixated on me. You failed your fake sting.Update: I've been to now two bars after leaving here and Binny's and still no problem with the dent on my photo ID.

I came with 2 other people on their thursday BOGO day and the service was not as bad as I was expecting it to be. The server was charging me for every cup of ranch/blue cheese I was requesting so that was definitely a not appreciated shock as I frequent other BWW establishments and this has never happened to me before. Despite that she was pretty attentive and kind. The chicken was pretty good the sizes were not even, and the wings were on the smaller side. But they were sauced well. The tvs were set incredibly loud to the point where I could not even hear the person sitting next to me when they were speaking so that was definitely not pleasant. Overall not sure if I would return to this location, but will be going to others.

Placed a take out order. Not only we had to wait almost 30mins after the confirmed pick up time, we also received only 16 instead of 20 wings.

Far from what it used to be. Far from what it should be. How the mighty have fallen…There were some incredibly intoxicated and ghetto kids that were friends with the bartender, shouting across the restaurant. That wasn’t pleasant. Anywhere else I’ve seen, the policy always was if your friends want to visit it’s fine but make sure they’re behaved or you have to let them out yourself. Whole restaurant is dirty, service from the bartender guy wasn’t great either, very under impressive. We did a lot of waiting while he socialized with his friends at the bar. My friends and I got sick after eating here. Does not meet the standards to be in Vernon hills, or to bear the BWW name.
