My family and I eat here all the time; every single week and we spend a lot of money here. They have some new people and one of them made my bowl (Golden Curry bowl). I get it to go and when I get home there are several ingredients missing. I called and spoke to a manager (she’s always there, she is Hispanic) and she says she will credit me for the mess up. I go back in today and they treat me like I’m here to get a free meal. The tall Caucasian guy says “usually I would trust it but….”. Like seriously! The guy knows my face - we eat here all the time. The other 2 new girls were mean and treated me unkind about the situation. So I pay for my food (the item they owed me), ate, and left. But they treated me so bad. I may have to find another place to spend my money.Please train your people on customer service.Also, the same girl who made my bowl today was the one who messed up last time. I watched her as she was making it and she almost left out those same ingredients! I had to tell her and she had a smirk on her face. Not good, Zupa. Good food but your customer service towards me wasn't good today.??

One of the best places in the area to get a healthy bite to eat! I've seen managers at nearby stores take their employees to eat here as well, instead of staying at their own establishment! Definitely coming back when in the Vernon Hills area! We just had a Zupas open closer to me, so we go there now! This location is also great!

Amazing service. This place never fails me not like the other zupas, that I had to wait and still get the wrong orders all the time!Thanks to mafi, for doing a good job of placing my orders.
I placed a pickup order over the phone and was told my total is 12.22, I was not asked once if I wanted to tip. If I was asked I would have said no. I'm not going to tip for picking up my own order without somone serving me. They get paid, and im picking up my order, there is no need for a tip. I was charged 1.69 for a tip that I did not ask for, nor did I want to pay. Shady business, do not give them you card info. I don't go back to places of business that take my money without permission, nor should you. Would not reccomend.

LOVE this place. I eat here 2-3 times per week. However, just lately noticing smaller portions and today, mostly fluffy dark leafy greens in my salad and hardly anything else. This large salad usually fills me up, but not today...still hungry...bowl 3/4 full with scant toppings. Hoping management will take notice of this and other recent inconsistencies. Otherwise, always fresh and friendly people....great pricepoint! Also, please stop asking for tips upfront unless it's curbside! Not fair to the consumer.
