Car wash subscription is a waste as it doesn’t work for weeks altogether and there is no way to get the refund. Manager doesn’t reach out to you and there is no customer care number.

The availability of breakfast pizza is a joke. Its never actually available until like after 8am if ur even lucky.There are tiny Caseys in tiny cities that have better food selection available than a massive new store in the affluent north burbs. What a shame.

Went to Casey's (Vernon Hills) for a carwash. There were no attendees by the carwash. After putting my SUV on the belt properly, their malfunctioning equipment pushed my SUV off of the belt, causing the front end to hit a pole. My SUV sustained serious damages, including a busted bumper and mud guard (they fully came off), as well as a broken park light. No responsibility was taken by Casey's. I had to call the police to file a police report. I will never be returning to Casey's again, nor do I recommend anyone else doing so.

Went in there one day coming from the hotel, raining, and handed the clerk a $50 bill for gas. She’s gonna say, “Is this real?” in a sarcastic but joking way. I didn’t like that. Why ask me if it’s real? Just use your bill checker and send me on my way. I don’t like to make things about race, but damn, I’m black and you rarely see black people around that area, and the first thing you ask is if the bill is real. Disrespectful. I didn’t like that energy. Wouldn’t return.

I don’t typically rate this low for anything but I feel like I did not get the proper customer service that I needed tonight. I come to Casey’s every once in a while and tonight while filling up gas I noticed an email that alerted I had a pending charge for $150 dollars. I was shocked that the pending charge was so high compared to what I have seen in the past. I walked inside and talked to John and asked why the charge was so high and he basically told me it just is like that sometimes ranging from $75-$150 and just kind of brushed it off. This answer did not sit well with as I was concerned for my own bank account showing this charge at a time where I didn’t expect this. This may be common knowledge to some but this is a disclaimer to anyone who may not know like I did that this happens and that I felt in the moment of panic it was not taken that seriously.

I usually go to Casey's on my routes because of their clean bathrooms. This one does not seem to have the same care for cleanliness as others. I requested the toilet to be cleaned when there was fecal matter on and around it and they said they would take care of it. I waited 10 minutes before ultimately leaving. The sink was dirty and the urinals reeked. This was at 8am. Location is difficult to access aswell with medians. This review does not reflect Casey's as a whole

530am on a Sunday, 3 employees, no customers. This guy takes a whole minute to verify my money is real money, 2 other dudes standing there, bags of garbage sitting on the concrete, and not a single windshield squeegee has any water or cleaner in it. Remember when people used to do their jobs with pride?

Really enjoyed shopping here. Great selection and fair prices. Parking can be a bit tedious so best to walk and visit other stores nearby too. Staff is super friendly and kind. Can get crowded at times but enough to go around.
I go in there all the time but mostly during the day. The night crew has terrible customer service! The young man name Lucas refused to make me a pizza because he said he was too busy. Then told me no walk ins and to go in my car and order it online. He was so rude about it. I will not be going to this location again.
