Love coming to this Chick-fil-a location. I've been to the Gurnee one and it was bad. The staff here are very friendly and do a great job. Always appreciate when they walk around and see how things are going. Have bailed me out many times for a refill when I didn't want to leave my kid alone at the table. My daughter loves the mac and cheese and playing in the play place. Our orders always come out correct. Condiments and napkins are always well stocked. The Gurnee location...
Great as usual. CFA is my preferred fast food breakfast place...the burrito sausage scramble is delicious 😋. The app is so easy to use and pickup using the drive-tnru is easy and expeditious.
This location stood out in my opinion with fresh flowers in little budvases on every single table. Food was fresh and strips were crispy. Staff was friendly and polite. The manager was interviewing someone for a job position right behind us, and I was impressed how friendly he was, making sure the interviewed person feels comfortable. Very professional and very impressive. Rarely do I see manager's interviewing people like that.
