Came to dine in and they said we had to wait even though half the desks were empty. We were told it if we ordered for pickup it will be faster. We ordered and waiting for pickup. We got the message to pick up and yet no one responds for 12 min. Such a sorry state of affairs. Never again.

Not impressed, sat for 10 minutes at bar area, no service then someone else come in they get seated and menus. Needless to say I left and will not be goin back.

We have 5 people they gave us a 4 chair table instead, the restaurant wasn't even busy. They just told us to pull up a chair. There was also a great shortage of people and that's why it was a wait but that was understandable unlike what happened with the table. The appetizer was quite stale because it seems like they were reheated and cooled down, which gave the stale taste. Mainly the service wasn't that great in general.

It wasn't crowded for a Friday night. We were seated immediately upon arriving. The restaurant was staffed sufficiently & it was clean. The margaritas were really good & the food was great! Our server was very courteous & attentive. Pricing was also reasonable for the menu items. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Busy when we went here on Sunday early evening, so we sat at the bar. Typical good service by the bartender(?), who kept my soda filled/replaced. Food was also typically great. This was the first time we had visited this location, and we were pleased that the Chili's standards are apparently upheld here.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times I ordered the exact same thing. The appetizer trio. Both times my food came out cold. When I sent it back, my egg rolls came back the same way. Idk if it’s an issue with the cooks, or lack of communication with the server and the kitchen. Thought I’d give them another shot but, I got the same results.

I have gone to Chili's in Vernon Hills and the food was good but the staff is totally not friendly at all. Sadly I used to go there weekly a few years ago and experience unfriendly staff but I loved their food but I stopped going because of the unfriendly treatment. So I went back to see if things changed and believe it or not...no change and I even had a friend with me and she felt the same way. Just sad bc their food is delicious.

Anyone reading this, you'll get the most bang for your buck going her. You gotta order this deal at the back of the menu. It's a meal 3 for $10.99 and you get any drink(free refills) order a nice soup of you want for a starter(southwest chicken soup I love). Then you choose an amazing entree, I recommend ordering the honey chipotle chicken tenders. You get 5 big ol crispy, tender, chicken tenders and with a good amount of perfectly seasoned fries and a delicious corn on the cob and for just $12(including tax) it's the best thing to order for this good person that's reading this. Take care and have a good time eating here!
I understand times have been tough to staff businesses, especially restaurants, but they have to do better. The poor girl we had as waitress was also hostess. Probably also the busser as the dirty table next to us remained uncleaned until we left. We saw no other employee. We were seated, ordered drinks timely. Ordered appetizer and lunch, receiving appetizer just before lunch. Food was good, tasty and hot. Received drink refills then didn't see girl again. Attempted self check out, but machine wasn't cooperating and a male who must've just started work and was finally cleaning dirty table nearby did assist us. Saw several people constantly looking around for waitstaff obviously becoming frustrated. Again, food good, but not impressed on service aspect.

First time eating at this restaurant and most likely will be the last. Chips tasted like they had been fried in rancid greese, the ribs were not heated completely through and the blackberry tea was all sugary with no blackberry taste. Aside from the friendly and over-worked waitress...they apparently only had one cook who obviously couldn't keep up. I was disappointed - I used to eat at a local Chili's in another state and their food was always delicious!

Well, I used to enjoy Chili's because they made chili the original way, with real beef stew meat.Now it's cheap, ground beef and at least for this batch, someone dropped a salt shaker in the recipe! I won't be back...

You know what... for people complaining about service... listen... its "covid times" and small business (restaurants) are short staffed. (it is what it is) . Danny the bartender and working half the tables did a great job. Food was good but people settle down on service beefs. if you have problems everywhere you go maybe you should stay in and quit complaining.

We came in for only dessert. It was excellent and the service was great. More importantly, I left my purse and they recovered it and held it safe for me. I’m so grateful for Allison and the team. Thank you for being awesome humans.
