Came here for dinner after night out with friends. There was no line and we were able to order our food quite fast. Staff was very patient and understanding with us as my friends ordered extra of many toppings. Food was normally priced and delicious. Would highly recommend. Atmosphere inside was nice with lots of seating.

Vegetarian options: Lots of options as you get to pick what you put in your food.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is as expected but more so, just bad overall. From wrong orders, greedy with the meat, and over priced for what you get. This last time was THE last time. I picked up my order and although got “light” white rice on the burrito bowls…they must of put 3-4 scoops of brown rice with barely any meat. To make matters worse, everything was cold. I ordered at 4pm and picked up at 4:10pm as stated on the app. I get home 5 minutes later that everything was cold and NOT fresh. I could tell it was old because the rice and the barbacoa was hard…plus the oil from the barbacoa was already jelly. To make it even more bad, I tipped in the app!

They dont give even a full single portion of meat, order double and you might get a full single portion, maybe. Horrible location

Just so you understand
The phone in and Togo orders are more important. I watched him take orders printed off the wall and look me in the face and say just a sec . So people who are there don't count
aren't in a hurry and don't have feelings but a piece of paper with an order is more important. Time to train your employees Chipotle teach them that without customers they'll have no job!

very economical. and put a little in the ingredients in a portion. and other institutions always gave densely, but here it looked economical.

Skimping on the meat portions! Got a burrito bowl with everything just about, and it seems like there is hardly any meat at all. I watched the server as they carefully gave me one level spoon. C'MON!!! Other than that, the service was good. Skimping on the meat is an automatic two-star deduction from me!

I give 3 starts on the service because whenever they serve the meat they pretend to server the full spoon but at the end, you get almost half. They are so quick serving you and some times you do not notice this.
Other than that. Good food!

Staff rushes you unnecessarily when there is no line. Barely let me finish saying “white rice” before putting a micro scoop of rice into the bowl and saying “ok beans???”. They basically acted like they had to make each bowl under 20 seconds which obviously meant the staff was barking at you to pick the next ingredient and barely giving you a normal portion.

I CANNOT understand for the life of me why it’s IMPOSSIBLE for Chipotle to NOT cook the brisket to hell. They chop it up into kibble sized pieces, and then turn it to dog food, absolving it of any moisture it should have. Do better.

Who ever they hired as the rice and chicken cooker recently in the last week or two has consistently over salted the chicken and over cooked the rice. Very salty chicken and overcooked hard rice. Sad because they were the best location out of them the Mundelein one on townline and the one in libertyville they were the best. If I wanted high blood pressure I’ll just chug the Morton’s iondized salt in my kitchen cabinet. Need to get it together or people are going to have to venture to round lake or farther for good chipotle.
