I picked up the delivery of Dordesh. firstly, I arrived at 10:50 am and the cafe was closed. the service staff was sitting and chatting at the table, and when I started knocking and indicating with gestures that it was time to open the doors, one woman slowly opened the door for me with a dissatisfied face. in the end, I left without an order after 12 minutes because out of spite they did not want to take my order and then joked and mocked me. I do not recommend anyone to go to this establishmentUnfortunately, I have problems with knowledge of the English language. If I knew English, I wouldn’t give myself offense. in the video I wait 10 minutes for my order. and these women mock me. Such violent immigrants have no place in AmericaHuge request from the managers of this network. Came in on a Tuesday at 7:45pm. The person taking my order was fine. Half the food bins were low. The veggies(onion/pepper) looked like they've been sitting for hours. The corn salsa he barely scraped enough to make the order. The pastor chicken was decent.The person checking us out, Roberto, was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Just a blank stare with a look like we were bothering him. Then I couldn't find my code on the app to scan, he's just looking blankly at me. After a few seconds, I ask if he knows where it is and he says scroll up. Again, so unfriendly. With the food and service subpar, this is the last time we are coming to this location.

ok. here is the stupidiest, racist behavior that i ever feel in America from chain restaurant lol. i entered to restaurant at 2:10 to pickup my mobile order. the 2 lady behind counter was free. i was waiting for my order about 15-20 min then decided to ask. 2 lady was chatting to each other. one of them was scratching her phone. and said my order pickup time is not ready in a very odd way. and then 2 customer showed up. she said you will be after this two. lol. and she started making that 2 customers food. while other lady was staring her fingers, interesting her nail shape. and doing nothing. so asked from the third worker a guy who is in his early twenty. and this 3 workers starting to talk each other spanish language. and she was still refusing to make my food. while the other lady still doing nothing. i mean what a hell? and i waited my food almost 30 mins in chipotle while store is not busy. she cussed me in very bad way in spanish also. Wow just wow. i guess i have to mention i'm asian. + forgot to mention when i told her i'm going to report her she was yelling to me in spanish. BEWARE my fellow asians!

Ome of the worst experiences at Chipotle. Assoon as we entered the restaurant, we noticed all the empty tables were dirty. We politely asked the lady serving bowls to have someone clean but she shot back rudely saying, she can’t move. All she had to do is to acknowledge and ask someone from her team to help. The store manager was just watching. Another employee later came to our table to aplogize on the other person’s behalf! Why couldn’t the same person who misbehaved in the first place come to apologize? Add to that the poor quality of Chicken served at this location. Chipotle’s management has to take note of the deteriorating condition of this location especially the staff lacking empathy and basic professionalism.

You simply cannot go wrong with Chipotle. The ingredients are so real and any combination is valid so it will always taste good. The service is quick because it all depends on how fast you can say your order. The atmosphere is cool and clear but not over the top. You can get Chipotle any time of the week and be satisfied!

Chipotle is in massive decline as a brand. This Chipotle location serves disgusting chicken—bad texture, dried out, and clearly prepared the previous day. The only reason we go to the Vernon Hills, IL location is because the Lake Bluff, IL location, which is closer to us, cannot make good guacamole. So we have to choose between disgusting guacamole in Lake Bluff or disgusting chicken in Vernon Hills. With Chipotle in 2024, you cannot have both edible chicken and edible guacamole—happy new year.Funny enough, the staff in Vernon Hills is extremely stingy with their portions of chicken. We order double chicken but they serve a full spoon for the first portion and a half spoon for the second portion. Does Chipotle train its workers that the meaning of “double” is 1.5X? And what kind of compensation practices have resulted in such a scarcity mentality among your staff that they zealously guard the chicken as if it was their inheritance?Chipotle delivers absolutely disgraceful food quality, employee training, and customer service across the board.
