I came to Crumbl vernon hills a few days ago and had an amazing experience the cookies were warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. That great first visit is what brought me back today.
Unfortunately, today was the complete opposite. The cookies I received were cold and lacked the rich flavor I remembered. I politely asked the employee if I could get a warm one, and she simply said, “We keep them in a warmer,” which clearly wasn’t the case.
Freshness and gourmet quality are what make Crumbl special but today it felt like a hit or miss, and sadly it was a miss. Really disappointed. Crumbl, you lost a customer today. never putting my hard earned money on this

Went to overpay for a cookie and shift lead Julia was rude and seemed unhappy to be there. I left without buying anything but called to find the manager name because the interaction didn’t sit well and I figured the cost is too at too high to be treated so poorly.

Great store…clean and the employees are super nice!

I recently went to this crumble cookie and let me say this was the worst experience i’ve had. A boy named Diego was so rude and disrespectful and first was on his phone while i was ordering and then practically threw the box at me, so rude! I suggest you fire him because my daughter started crying because of this man. Please look into your employees!

diego has the worst customer service i have experienced. he asked my friend for inappropriate pictures while he was on the clock. he was on his phone instead of putting my cookies in the box. he even messed up my order after and i feel like it was out of spite. ❤❤
