I went in with my boyfriend to order an iced latte with an extra shot of espresso, and in the middle of my order the barista walked away and started talking to her coworker for quite a few minutes. She came back with an iced latte and asked if that was it, but she walked away before I could add the extra shot of espresso and my boyfriend didn’t even get to get to order yet. When I asked, she got annoyed and walked away. Another employee came to take over and they were speaking about us in spanish and wouldn’t even look at us. We ended up leaving. I’ve never experienced that here and it was very disappointing and frustrating.

I just now ordered an avocado toast with bacon. I can count the pieces of bacon with one hand and have fingers left to count. Unbelievable!! My husband ordered a braided apple pie. Just one little piece of apple. First Dunkin Donuts that does this to us. Also, the woman making the food is very rude, too! (The one with her teeth sticking out, glasses, and black her). After all, because I’m nice to people I said thank you to her and she couldn’t even look at me. Didn’t even acknowledge me. Horrible!!! Will NEVER go back to that particular DD!!

From the moment I walked in, she was polite, welcoming, and had such a positive energy that instantly brightened my day. Her attention to detail and genuine customer care made all the difference. The lady who took our order was very rude to us. When we picked up our order, she gave it to us wrong. When we told her about it, she changed our drinks and gave us super wet glasses. We had to dry the glasses and the counter that she had wet.

My drink always looks and taste different . I ll just probably try a different coffee shop next time, still avoiding Starbucks cause coffee is bad, had faith in Dunkin but its failing big time.
Was placing my order and asked to have my drink with oat milk, lady at the counter literally just said “no” because the other worker was already making my drink before I could even finished ordering or paying. I asked again nicely if I could please have it with oat milk, and she called me stupid in Spanish. She said it to my face, out loud, and probably didn’t think I understood Spanish. Received my drink and it wasn’t even made with oat milk. Terrible service.

So I ask the ladies at this dunkin donuts about why THE MANS BATHROOM IS CLOSE AND THE LADIES IS OPEN ? AND THEY SAID THEY DON'T KNOW LOL LIKE IS THAT EVEN BEEN EQUAL? FOR ME WAS A BIT DISRESPECTFUL BECAUSE I THOUGHT SOMEONE WAS USING IT AND I WAS STANDING THERE AND NOBODY SAID NOTHING TILL I ASK AND THEY GIVE ME THE KEY LIKE WHO DOES THAT LOL SO PATHETIC 🤷 IM NOT GOING THERE CAUSE APPARENTLY THEY DON'T TREAT MAN THE EQUAL FOR WHATEVER REASON SO..
