Let's start off with the place is not clean second they address you as lady who the hell in Customer Service has the right to sit there and say thanks lady. Here's a drink lady and then they didn't even tell you that you have to go to the other counter to pay and you're just standing there. The place is just a cluttered mess and it took forever for them just to make my coffee and give me a avocado toast when there was nobody in there cause almost as if they're making me wait longer for no reason and what's with the lady every sentence it felt weird

This is our local DD shop and it’s absolutely terrible which is a shame. Always super dirty, the flooors and the whole shop just looks sticky and unclean. People that work there always are rude and unprofessional, talked to each other, ignore customers, food and drinks are not well made. I got stuffed mini bagels today for my daughter’s breakfast and we had to throw them away, there was something weird brown unidentifiable stuff in the plain bagel stuffing. So disappointing! Who owns this place and do they ever read reviews?

extremely unprofessional and uneducated staff. asked if my points could be used for an order and the cashier said “yes that’s totally fine”, scanned the code, took my points then proceeded to tell me they do not work with my order and i now have to pay full price. nearly $60 worth of points just gone for nothing. unbelievable.

Very friendly staff that serves typical, great Dunkin favorites like coffee and donuts.
I went in with my boyfriend to order an iced latte with an extra shot of espresso, and in the middle of my order the barista walked away and started talking to her coworker for quite a few minutes. She came back with an iced latte and asked if that was it, but she walked away before I could add the extra shot of espresso and my boyfriend didn’t even get to get to order yet. When I asked, she got annoyed and walked away. Another employee came to take over and they were speaking about us in spanish and wouldn’t even look at us. We ended up leaving. I’ve never experienced that here and it was very disappointing and frustrating.

I just now ordered an avocado toast with bacon. I can count the pieces of bacon with one hand and have fingers left to count. Unbelievable!! My husband ordered a braided apple pie. Just one little piece of apple. First Dunkin Donuts that does this to us. Also, the woman making the food is very rude, too! (The one with her teeth sticking out, glasses, and black her). After all, because I’m nice to people I said thank you to her and she couldn’t even look at me. Didn’t even acknowledge me. Horrible!!! Will NEVER go back to that particular DD!!

From the moment I walked in, she was polite, welcoming, and had such a positive energy that instantly brightened my day. Her attention to detail and genuine customer care made all the difference. Dunkin’ is lucky to have someone like her representing their brand. Truly phenomenal service!
