Was placing my order and asked to have my drink with oat milk, lady at the counter literally just said “no” because the other worker was already making my drink before I could even finished ordering or paying. I asked again nicely if I could please have it with oat milk, and she called me stupid in Spanish. She said it to my face, out loud, and probably didn’t think I understood Spanish. Received my drink and it wasn’t even made with oat milk. Terrible service.

The older man who served me was incredibly rude, I asked for a ice matcha latte and before I could make my changes to the drink he immediately just started making it without me even finishing the order and when he brought me a drink that I didn't want because he didn't allow me to breathe out a change request he had the audacity to look ANNOYED.
I ordered an Avocado toast that had the IDEA of being warm because he took no time to toast it. And when I asked for a 3rd time for him to add 2extra match scoops to my drink he HUFFED in annoyance because I wouldn't take a drink that was MILK with the thought if being green. I was literally the only customer in the store at the time.
Got the order wrong 3 times in a row! How dumb can you be. Asked for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and got it wrong 3 times! How?!?

This has been the WORST experience I have experienced so far. The staff was rude and didn’t even fill up my SMALL iced coffee to the top. I’m sorry but if i’m paying for a coffee or anything in that matter it should be filled up to the top because thats what the other person would expect to if they were to go to a coffee shop or a restaurant with drinks. I have absolutely no words for this location, so crazy.
