I ordered burger with fries and noticed couple days later in my statement transaction $26,71 instead of $13.71. I threw away the receipt and couldn’t now dispute transaction. But they stealing money!! Be careful

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The manager, Altro, treated us like we were trying to get free food instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. Two weeks ago, my husband bought a burger from this place, and we found a melted piece of plastic inside the lettuce. I called the next day to report it. Instead of showing concern or apologizing, the manager only asked if we had a receipt. I said we didn’t, but I could show the credit card transaction. He said okay and told me to come by anytime for a replacement burger. When I went in today, Altro came out looking very annoyed — no “sorry,” no “are you okay.” The first thing he asked was again if I had a receipt or order number. When I explained that I had spoken to him two weeks ago, he said, “Oh, that was me,” and then told me rudely, “We don’t give out free food without proof.” This restaurant put plastic in my food and instead of apologizing or showing any empathy, they treated me like a scammer. Truly the worst place to eat — completely disrespectful to customers.

Manager (black shirt on grill) blatantly made a customer feel bad because the employee handed her the wrong bag and didn’t confirm the ticket. Not one single apology for inconvenience just point blame at customer for not checking herself. Her number was 38 but she was handed 33. Never have I ever seen a manager act this way to a customer in front of everyone. Also no smiles and no welcome in. Non of the key 5 guy staples of service were shown. For that price and attitude why shop there.?.

For a fast food spot, this place went above and beyond. The staff greeted us when we walked in and thanked us on the way out. One team member was cleaning and wiping down tables the entire time we were there, and the floors were spotless. You rarely see this level of cleanliness and customer service at a fast food restaurant.

We ordered food for pick up. Arrived on time. When we ate our food the burgers were soggy. Our fries tasted like raw potatoes and were not cooked. Our kids wouldn't even eat. I called several times to request a refund. Each time I called the people I would talk to would say: the district manager will refund you, he doesn't come in for a few days. We finally received a partial refund. When I called the manager Arturo, he said because the district manager wouldn't refund for the fries. We had heard how great five guys was... The food was really bad, soggy and uncooked. The staff was not honest and we had to call several times for a refund. Would not recommend to anyone. Horrible experience.

Worker was rude when asked to change gloves ,as not to touch the fries and contaminate them with gluten from just touching the burgers. Will never go to this one again, I have never had issues at other ones.
