Gloria Jean's Coffees Hawthorne Mall

Everytime we come to this mall, this is one of first things we get. We saw a sign saying they had three variety flavors of horchata drinks and we jsut had to give it a try. Our go to is the Cafe horchata but you can get vanilla or chocolate as well if coffee isn't your go too. I've had them all and they are all delicious.

Ordered up a peach smoothie and wow! It was really delicious and filling. Perfect for in-between meals while shopping in the really nice Hawthorn Mall! The server gave me the extra smoothie in a tiny cup, which I could give away to let someone else taste test the smoothie!

For only one girl working, service was amazing. There was a long line and she was the only one working. She was kinda and helped us out. Would definitely come again.

On 2/15 my coworker went to pick up coffee for us at Gloria’s in the mall. When she brought we realized it was not made correct as it was too watered. Both Mary and her boss Gus were extremely rude and refused to remake a coffee that they made incorrect.I called that night letting Mary know that it was made incorrect and she said she didn’t know what to do….. and that I had to talk to the manager the next day. I called the manager the next day, Gus, who said he can’t do anything and hung up as I did not come back the same night. I explained to Gus that my coworker picked these us on her break. I did not have an opportunity to leave as I was also working. So rude and disrespectful from colleagues that are not trained properly to the management they learn it from. I added pictures of my Iced caramel Latte that looked and tasted like water with sugar. No coffee.
