Great place to get a drink
We came in at 6:25 and stayed in line till about 6:45 with zero service. The employees looked saw me and the other costumers, didn’t take any of our orders and just went to the back. Multiple costumers came in expecting something and left with nothing due to poor customer service. My daughter began trying to make noise to get the employees attention but no one came out at all. This is at least the third time this has happened to at this location, and looking at other reviews I’m not the only one receiving this poor costumer service. I will be going to corporate because this is just unacceptable. Fortunately enough I was able to go across the street to Wendy’s where they gave us kind and amazing customer service.
I went in and asked if I could have a Piña Colada smoothie and right away she said we don't have that, I said politely that I have ordered it before from her and she refused to even check so she continued to ask what do you want then?....so I just said Mango a go-go she didnt even bother to check not yo even ask about my rewards, but when the next person in line went yo order she was super polite and even asked her about her rewards...I'm sorry but I've been going there and a Piña Colada is always what I get so I don't understand how she didnt even want to look to see...needless to say once I received my smoothie it was more juice than a smoothie....super disappointed not only in the customer service but the quality of my smoothie.
I went to Jamba Juice yesterday 6-10-2025 a girl with curly orange hair was super rude. I went in and immediately was met with what do you want. After paying I realized the bathrooms need a code so I asked for the code when the same employee said they were out of order. Then later laughing with her coworker how they actually aren’t. I was shocked by the poor customer service as I have always loved Jamba. I will not be returning to this store. Who are they hiring for these stores, seems like 12 year old mean girls.
Terrible smoothie that I ordered. I asked the girls if they could add chocolate to it to make it better or get another smoothie since I was extremely unhappy with my order. They said no , not good service and disgusting smoothies.
Just went in about an hour ago. My friend and I went in, expecting at least a greeting but we were met with silence. The worker, very reluctantly I may add, came to take our orders. She didn’t even ask, she gave us a blank stare until we ordered.
When I asked about the toppings for the açaí bowls, she informed us that they only had strawberries. Not to her fault, but the store should be stocked with the ingredients. The order came out to be just over $23 and I asked if I could pay for half in cash and half on my card. She then proceeded to walk away without saying anything, returning a few moments later from the back saying that I could not with no explanation.
We got our bowls about 15 minutes later despite us being the only customers in the store. The bowls at this point were already melting before we even got to eat them.
I understand that working customer service is difficult, I work in it myself, but as a paying customer, I feel there is at least a low standard of expectations for service given.
Came to get morning smoothies at 9:20am on Sunday for work and it's locked and closed and no one inside. Such a shame
No fresh orange juice or carrot juice today. Apparently they haven’t had them for a while. The staff were very pleasant and apologetic about it.
Was closed during normal hours (Noon) with nobody around.
Always close at random times without alerting their google page. Very inconvenient.

Four weeks ago I wanted oatmeal and was told it was not in stock. I went last Sunday and was told that you were out of peanut butter. I went this morning and was told you were out of bananas. I walked out without making a purchase all three times

Today I visited to get a yummy treat.
While ordering was terrific!
Then waiting for my smoothie an employee walked in with two friends and a dog in hand on a leash. She helped herself to behind the counter to make herself and what looked to be her friends smoothies. Without WASHING her hands she handed the dog off and continued her mission of touching blenders, cups, ingredients from the fridge and fresh fruits.....
After years of frequenting Jamba Juice and ordering the same thing I haven’t had a bad experience until I went to this location. I ordered the Mango-a-go-go smoothie and was super excited to drink it since it’s been a couple months since I had Jamba Juice. Unfortunately yesterday’s experience has ruined my entire perception of the company. I found synthetic white tiny pieces of hair in my entire smoothie. When I came back and confronted the workers to ask to speak to a manager or someone of authority, they said they don’t have a manager and that they only have a boss. This is a serious health concern and the 2 employees made the excuse of “Oh, I get that in my drink all the time” basically calling it normal and that it’s part of the fruit?? How can a synthetic piece of white hair be from a fruit? It’s literally stiff and plastic. It baffles me that I consumed such a drink with plastic hair as the ingredients. They never took down my contact information or wanted to refund me. Instead they just gave me their bosses email address as if he is going to somehow contact me as the customer. There must be some sort of health and safety issue going on at this location that needs to be checked by the appropriate authorities. Please do not support this location of Jamba Juice as it has no management, bad food and services and now I have to live knowing that I drank a bunch of tiny plastic hairs. (There wasn’t just 1 or 2, my entire smoothie had a BUNCH of these clusters of plastic hair)

Smoothies are always good here but their customer service isn't. The two workers we encountered today were just completely rude for no real reason except that we walked in the door. One walked in as we were waiting and just pushed past us. I overheard multiple snarky comments to other customers, just wasn't a positive experience. They put our drinks on the counter without calling out the order. When my partner asked if they were ours, she just lifted her hand. Too rude for my liking. I could go somewhere else for better, more affordable smoothies and nicer service.

Train wreck!!!! Waited in line a long time. Wondered why everyone kept changing their order. Found out when it was our turn — NO FRUIT! What? Yeah, no fruit. Seriously, what do you order with no fruit? A warning when you walked in the door would have been nice.
