Four weeks ago I wanted oatmeal and was told it was not in stock. I went last Sunday and was told that you were out of peanut butter. I went this morning and was told you were out of bananas. I walked out without making a purchase all three times

Today I visited to get a yummy treat.
While ordering was terrific!
Then waiting for my smoothie an employee walked in with two friends and a dog in hand on a leash. She helped herself to behind the counter to make herself and what looked to be her friends smoothies. Without WASHING her hands she handed the dog off and continued her mission of touching blenders, cups, ingredients from the fridge and fresh fruits.....

After years of frequenting Jamba Juice and ordering the same thing I haven’t had a bad experience until I went to this location. I ordered the Mango-a-go-go smoothie and was super excited to drink it since it’s been a couple months since I had Jamba Juice. Unfortunately yesterday’s experience has ruined my entire perception of the company. I found synthetic white tiny pieces of hair in my entire smoothie. When I came back and confronted the workers to ask to speak to a manager or someone of authority, they said they don’t have a manager and that they only have a boss. This is a serious health concern and the 2 employees made the excuse of “Oh, I get that in my drink all the time” basically calling it normal and that it’s part of the fruit?? How can a synthetic piece of white hair be from a fruit? It’s literally stiff and plastic. It baffles me that I consumed such a drink with plastic hair as the ingredients. They never took down my contact information or wanted to refund me. Instead they just gave me their bosses email address as if he is going to somehow contact me as the customer. There must be some sort of health and safety issue going on at this location that needs to be checked by the appropriate authorities. Please do not support this location of Jamba Juice as it has no management, bad food and services and now I have to live knowing that I drank a bunch of tiny plastic hairs. (There wasn’t just 1 or 2, my entire smoothie had a BUNCH of these clusters of plastic hair)

Smoothies are always good here but their customer service isn't. The two workers we encountered today were just completely rude for no real reason except that we walked in the door. One walked in as we were waiting and just pushed past us. I overheard multiple snarky comments to other customers, just wasn't a positive experience. They put our drinks on the counter without calling out the order. When my partner asked if they were ours, she just lifted her hand. Too rude for my liking. I could go somewhere else for better, more affordable smoothies and nicer service.

Train wreck!!!! Waited in line a long time. Wondered why everyone kept changing their order. Found out when it was our turn — NO FRUIT! What? Yeah, no fruit. Seriously, what do you order with no fruit? A warning when you walked in the door would have been nice.

My boyfriend and I walked in excited for a smoothie, there was no “hello, how can I help you” or “thank you”. There was two teenage girls laughing at us. Very bad service! Place is dirty. Both were hiding in the back. Gave us dirty looks. I don’t recommend this place. Very disappointed.

I came here for a bowl, lesson learned, never again it was runny. Then a lady came to order one and there was miscommunication, the two girls were so extremely rude to that lady. The customer didn’t raised her voice, was rude or said anything even though I was about to get up and defend her because of the way she was being mistreated. She asked for their names and they both told her they didn’t have to give it to her. I worked in the service industry and will never talked to someone like that, nor would my managers allow it.

The other issue was their outfit. I’m all for body positivity, I have a 18 year old daughter, but there’s a place for some things and I don’t want to see half of their button out while being served. My daughter was also repulsed by their behavior towards that lady, she has worked in restaurants/fast food service since she was 14.

For reference this was on 07/18/2024 around 2:45pm.

good bowls and smoothies i guess but i just witnessed a worker here straight arguing with a lady that had questions about the menu. i wasn’t fully paying attention but as someone that had worked in the food service industry, a employee should never argue or speak to a paying customer that way. i believe the customer just mis-ordered something because she couldn’t read the menu and the employee gave her attitude and told her to better read the menu and know what she wants and proceeded to argue with the customer. never have i been more astounded with the way she spoke to a customer. adding this because not even a couple minutes later the customer asked for the employees name and employee refused and gave her so much attitude. jamba owners if you see this fire her?

Not only our bowls were runny/melted, both girls were showing half of their buttons (not the place for that) but mostly, the staff was extremely rude towards a lady that asked for them to right her order and to my daughter and I when we gave them feedback about it. The one girl cursed and threatened my daughter and said if I wasn’t there something else would have happened. Worst customer service ever and both of us work in the service industry. Never again we would stop at that location. I hope management cares enough to do something about it.

The store is small and feels like they don’t have an AC(maybe just me). Overall it is a nice store. Maybe would stop by again.

Vegetarian options: It is has a lot of fruit/vegetable smoothies.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience, the young girls working there got my order wrong twice and her attitude was not too pleasing either, poor work ethic, nonetheless I will no longer stop at this location again.
