Riddle me this; what pizza restaurant closes at 9pm??Not a good one. Maybe I’m old fashioned, as I come from a time before pandemic induced business operating hours - of companies that close unreasonably early.

I love Jimano's in Vernon Hills for their thin crust pizza and traditional chicken wings. It's a neighborhood carry-out only establishment that offers a good variety of American-Italian food. Their menu pricing is pretty reasonable, and they have deals online on their website. You can order through their website as well. Jimano's thin crust pizza has a good ratio of cheese and sauce. The sauce has a good flavor, which is a plus for me. They put a good amount of cheese on their thin crust. Their wings are tasty, and they make their wings crispy and saucy upon your request. In all my and my wife's visits, we have received good service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also send coupons that have good deals. I definitely recommend checking out Jimano's in Vernon Hills.

I ordered a 16” thin crust with sausage and bacon and requested lightly baked, it was a little too salty! I also ordered a 16” thin crust with sausage and spinach and this was not too salty and had a nice crust! The staff were very friendly and the order was ready when I arrived! If I didn’t get a flyer for this pizzeria, I wouldn’t know it existed, it’s off the main road on a little shopping mall! I would try it again!

pizza is decent and there’s nowhere else around with vegan options like here, but $3.50 for each extra topping is madness. i mean really, did it take 3 whole bell peppers to top my pizza? no? so then how did we end up here, jimano’s?

Today ordered double Doug pizza. This was so horrible and we all hated (including my kids) how bad the pizza is. Pizza crust was so think and hard to eat, felt like eating think and hard dough. I am wondering how this place still in business with such bad pizza.
Their pizza is pretty good. Their deal on Monday is great, a 16 inch pizza with 5 toppings at a great price. I just wish that Jimano's wouldn't charge $0.99 for ordering via web.

Great spot for a quick pick up. I order a regular pie and it was not bad but it was off-putting but I ended up with a thin crust grid style cut. Not bad at all but I would say it's best for kids. Super friendly workers and the environment seems fast paced.

Read a lot of positive reviews so was looking forward to trying Jimanos. Ordered a simple thin crust pepperoni so that I could best judge the flavors and textures. Crust was actually pretty nice, but the sauce was nothing exceptional. It was actually pretty salty...even more noticeable when cold. My wife did care for it at all, so I ended up eating most of it. Was not good enough to finish, so pretty disappointing. I honestly could have done better with a good frozen pizza at less than half the price.
