Ordered 3 pot pies to take to my sons group home. I order every week, they were so dry my son could barely get it down. I called the mgr he could have cared less he was not interested in anything I had to say. Told him I would find a different KFC he said fine!! Don’t waste your $.

Went to the Vernon Hills location for convenience despite poor experiences in the past. The gravy is completely watered down at this store. Totally different consistency and lack of flavor. Big hair at the bottom of the bucket of chicken. Disgusting.

Ordered thru DoorDash today got my famous bowl meals and he chicken isn’t popcorn chicken it’s literal chicken nugget now they are DISGUSTING ? they were soggy and undercooked. The popcorn chicken was the best. I think im going to only go to Popeyes for now one sorry kfc you lost a customer officially. You are too expensive and keep taking all the good stuff off the menu.

This is the worst KFC I've ever HAD... Stop in after shopping 5/11/23 near closing. They only had 4 chicken wings, 1 chicken sandwich, and a few chicken tenders. The chicken chewed as it were a week old. Money down the drain. The worker said they didn't have many customers that day. I SEE WHY. THEY SHOULD BE MADE CLOSED DOWN; IF THEIR ? IS LIKE THAT EVRYDAY :((¡¡

We went through the drive through at 7:30 PM on a weeknight, hours prior to the posted close time. They has no sides whatsoever - nothing. No buscuits, potatoes, fries, cole slaw, ets. They could not fill an order for 8 pieces of either Original or Extra Crispy chicken. All they could offer was half of each. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting around and was not hot at all. Sorry Colonel, but this is not how chicken is done right.

The drive thru was very busy. I decided to go inside. Only one man eating in the lobby. I ordered a two piece meal(extra crispy). The chicken pieces were small. My French fries were hard and chewy. My biscuit was hard as a rock?. My Dr. Pepper was nice and sweet.

We had a catering order for 20 people. Dalia helped me created the order a couple days ahead of time. When I went to pick it up the day of the event it was ready! She made the whole process GREAT! Thanks Dalia!!

No hairnets, no gloves, no good service and frankly didn't taste like KFC chicken. Dry and no flavor. This location is terrible and needs corporates attention. Never will return. Btw : drive up closed? Just added to poor experience.

Horrible service. Ordered food through app. Pulled through drive through to pickup. I tell her I have an order and give her my name. She tells me you have to come in to pickup the mobile orders. No other fast food place makes you come in for a mobile order. The kicker was I went in to pick it up and the order was sitting there a few steps away from the pickup window. Like you seriously made me park, get out of my car, come in, be rude because you couldn't walk a few steps to get me my order?Last time I'll be going there. Some of the worst service I've encountered.

Honestly I have never had worst service ever. Out of half of the menu. Waiting time 18 minutes. Girl was talking to her boyfriend over the phone while taking the order. Average year of the stuff is like 15 years at least visually
I took my mom out to eat KFC because I have passed Popeyes coming down from mundelein so instead of turning back around thinking that is was going to be probably a good experience so instead of turning around I decided to go to KFC since it was on its way going down to Vernon hills..and end up being the worst choice i ever made!! First I want to start off with the bathroom it smell like it was a dirty bar.. the floors were sticky and dirty the table that I chose by the window was full of crumbs and food I had to wipe it down with napkins myself..I ordered two piece chicken meal the chicken was barely warm it looked like it was sitting there for the whole day not fresh at all..the mashed potatoes were warm and not hot the fries look like they were done in the morning super stale..meanwhile this is at 7:00 p.m.. they were so stale..and the chicken I'm not even going to describe the chicken again it was pathetic with no crunch to it and bearly warm!!!.. when I go to Popeye's Chicken i never have those experience the chicken always comes out hot and crunchy!! the mashed potato piping hot and the French fries fresh.. never will be going to this place ever again until they remodel everything including the staff!!!!!!!!!! If I would have known this was going to be the experience with my mom I would have just went next door to McDonald's probably would have had it way better experience -_-

I sent my 3 granddaughters into kfc to get famous bowls they ordered the food and the man taking their order said to my 9 year old granddaughter the youngest one I have a question for you and said how are you so beautiful. Anyways they get in the car and we drive home and my 9 year old granddaughters famous bowl had plastic in it and we tried to call numerous times about it but went right to voicemail. I am very angry and upset with kfc and will NOT be going there again.

Drive thru is closed I'm guessing... (there's a step ladder in the lane blocking). The ordering prices is kinda awkward, the staff completed my order in a very quiet slow and just passive aggressive angry way... But sure what's happening between the staff but clearly something is up. Could be a bad day. The food takes like Popeyes... Like the chicken had been sitting there for a while, like it's been batch cooked this morning. It's almost 4pm.Could be a Saturday... Maybe the food tastes awful on Saturdays? I haven't been here before so... The rubbish is full but the restrooms are clean. I'm getting mixed feelings about this place.

I went some minute's after opening time, to get fresh hott chicken ?. Just ? disliked that they only have soda options & no more cookie ? in the meal. The drive-thru employee should be more friendly & learn how to ?. Overall got a quick bite for $8

Extremely rude at the window, and the sad part is that it happened to be the store manager, she is missing a finger in one of her hands and this makes her miserable, so she spread misery to the clients, i remember her being rude in previous occasions , she was almost holding my food hostage and said to me ! I hope the food makes u sick ?!!! I called the store afterwards and she kept being super unprofessional and rude. P.s will never be going back there, and also make it a report to BBB immediately.
