Absolutely disgusted to find a hair in my sandwich today—this is beyond unacceptable. On top of that, this location has a consistent track record of messing up to-go orders. Side items are frequently missing—today it was the mac & cheese from the kids’ meal, previously it was chips. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially when these issues happen repeatedly. At this point, it feels like takeout customers are simply not a priority.
I’ve even spoken to the owner about these ongoing problems, yet nothing seems to change. While we used to enjoy the food itself, the lack of care, hygiene, and consistency at this location makes it extremely hard to trust or recommend. Never again!

It was my first time going to this McAllisters deli as I have tried the one in Gurnee Illinois but honestly this deli was way better and welcoming to me. The manager Maria was on top of everything made my food fresh and came around picking up the garbage and keeping the restaurant clean. Maria asked if everything was okay and if she could bring us anything we needed. She made us feel right at home and I will definitely be coming back here again!

The Manager, Maria S., was very helpful to my elderly mother. She ordered food and then realized she forgot to bring any money with her and Maria took care of it. Very charitable and appreciated.

Ordered half a Reuben and cup of potato soup today. Hands down the WORST food I've had in years!
Sandwich was an utter sloppy mess. Entirely too much Thousand Island dressing. It was all over! Soggy bread.
Potato soup had no flavor but that of soup out of a can. DISGUSTING! Bacon on top of soup was very undercooked.
Ordered for a 12pm pick up and had to wait because it still wasn't ready and it was ordered at 10:30am. And no apology for it not being ready.
Since this is a chain, the food is all the same. I definitely WILL NOT go there again.

New favorite restaurant. Nathan was so helpful, answering all m my questions about the menu.checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok. Madison was also very very polite, checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok. Very respectful employees.

Good food and atmosphere….. also, apparently the managers get a portion of the tips… so if you tip a service worker or anyone here, the manager will get a portion of it. Why? Kinda messed up when managers already make more than anyone else. Corporate, do you really allow this? Don’t you have any shame?
