I came for a free 3000-point potato for a medium, but the small one seemed to have very few potatoes. It was obvious they don't like to comply with the points policy.

Came here and ordered food after coming off of a long day of work. Food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I went outside to eat my food still parked RIGHT out the building and went to get a refill of my drink. A worker approached me in a very rude manner saying I wasn’t allowed to refill my drink(of WATER) once I left the building?? I payed for my food not even ten minutes ago and had my receipt but was told I had to throw the drink out regardless because I technically stepped out the building. Never coming back to this McDonalds ever again with how rude they were and the absolutely preposterous policy. I’ve never heard of any other chain restaurant doing this. Don’t recommend going here even if you need a quick bite. Just go to the Chick-fil-A across the street.

I came early morning to get breakfast and ordered a sweet tea and got a regular tea but didn't notice until I drove away- no biggie initially. I just turned my car around and got back into like but when I get to the windows, the worker started to badger ME for ordering an unsweetened tea and that's why I got a regular tea. Never in my life before have I been scalded for something that was NOT my fault in any matter. I apologized if she heard me differently and she continues to argue with me. Even the number on this stupid Google site won't work so I can't call them about this crazy encounter. As a customer service worker myself I would NEVER blame my own mistake on a customer and am completely dumbfounded this happened. Then when I went to fill out the survey which I also never do unless the service is incredibly good or incredibly bad and let me tell you this was not incredibly good. They never gave me a receipt to show I was a customer. So now I'm in an even bigger dilemma. Thanks for nothing and starting my morning off awful mcdonalds!

The nicest employees I've ever met in a McDonald's and I stop at A LOT of different McDonald's with my line of work. The manager stopped her break to come take our order, while we were waiting for a employee to come take our order because "we come first". That's top notch customer service.
