I got the traditional buttered noodles, and it was a huge letdown. It tastes great but the amount you pay and the amount of food you get is really just disappointing. The regular felt more like a kids meal. If you dont care about small portions and spending more money I'd recomend it though

We love Noodles and Company and our toddler daughter loves it the most. This visit was the best visit so far. The crew working this lunch shift ran like a well oiled machine. The store was CLEAN. All food was in stock. The music and environment was so inviting and relaxing .
I particularly would like to mention Sharell. She set the tone for our visit.
We were warmly greeted with the most genuine and cheerful smile. Without hesitation she offered crayons and a coloring page to our daughter.
We were so impacted by her kindness we couldn’t help but watch her as she navigated the store and interacted with every coworker and every customer so graciously.
Every single person that she made contact with walked away with a smile on their faces.
This is rarely seen nowadays in most establishments .
Sharell is gem and will be the reason customers come back and coworkers stay.
We strongly urge you to continue building a staff that carries this spirit with them.
It is a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. Thank you for making our day Sharell.

This review is specifically for the woman who rang up our order (I’m mad I didn’t get her name!) but she had long red hair. So sweet. I had my two kids with me and she interacted with them and gave them crayons and also helped me get a better deal on what I was ordering. She helped us get a high chair and bring stuff to our table since my hands were full. It got really busy as we were leaving but I needed a lid for my leftovers and she saw me standing at the counter (while juggling many customers!) and brought a lid and a bag to me without me even asking. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and service!

The wife and I l9ve this place. Their chicken alfredo dishes are delicious and their dumplings/potstickers are wild! Make sure you dip them in the dumpling sauce🤤🤤

Anthony is the absolute best. Super kind, will make your experience dining an even better one. Kitchen works fast and hard to get your food out in a timely matter. Great staff. Came around lunch time on a weekday.

My kids used to be once-a-week, ride-or-die Noodles & Company fans. They LOVED the Mac. Then the new, "sustainable" packaging happened. Guess what? Paper doesn't keep food hot for delivery! The mac clumps and gets gross. Now my kids want nothing to do with it. Lost us as customers.

How to lose your time 101
-Come in and not be greeted, cashier was filling out something.
-have to repeat your order because he was not paying attention
-wait 30 minutes for your food
-they assure you it's coming
-5 minutes after they'll give you the wrong order.
-When asked why an item was missing they'll grab your order and repackage it for the right person (mmm, gross)
-after all this, ask for a refund because you can no longer keep waiting
-get told it's coming again, cashier asks, did I take your order because he can't find it. Get told you didn't order what you order.
-Give them your receipt and misteriously it gets lost
-wait for the manager to process your refund because cashier doesn't know how to.

Bottom line: no food and bad service.

Don't think they care about me coming back but just warning others so they don't have the same fabulous experience I had

The person working was very nice and helpful. It was frustrating to have to place the order in person because the coupon code we had would not work in the app. We never figured out why, but it worked fine ordering in person.

We came in last night after a long day of travel. The workers were all working hard to get the place clean and cook fresh food. The food tasted great!

Food was pretty good. Asked for extra noodles and they put it on the side. Then proceeded to ask if they could put it in the bowl, the lady proceeded to give me an attitude. In addition the restaurant had the air conditioning blasting when it is 40 degrees outside. The food took a while. Never come to this location! Other noodles and co locations were excellent, however, this location is horrid!
