Worst customer service ive ever received. Waited 25mins for my order. Original order to sit and eat in the restaurant. Request it be changed to go as I needed to return to work. Very rude manger tells the lady upfront that my order was made and she handed it elsewhere. She has to remake it. I Requested a refund as I had to return to work. Manger refused my refund my money and said she would remake it as she didn't have time to leave the kitchen. I said thats not her decision I have to leave. Ill wait for my refund or return to get it later. I asked why time she leaves to make sure I could still speak with her, as she knew the situation. Then responds stating im not telling you what time I get off work and implied some nefarious intentions. She hands me my food, which was made incorrectly, and I leave. I immediately call the store to get her name and a complaint number. She continues to yell at me on the phone and state she wasn't giving me her managers number and wouldnt give me her name. Said there's a feedback line online and hung up. She would not give me her name but can be identified as the loud woman with red hair. Will be complaint to corporate too

Service ruins everything have been here 3 times while staying for my son's graduation. Manager was very rude. She ignored me and when I finally had to raise my voice to get her attention she was very snotty.

Megan and her crew were absolutely amazing! The service was top-notch from start to finish—friendly, efficient, and professional. And the food? A solid 10/10. Anthony was super nice.

Stopped in yesterday with my daughter to place a to go order. My daughter placed her order only to forget to ask for no onions. After I paid, my daughter remembered and asked the cashier if there were onions on her order. He proceeds to tell my daughter “that’s why we look at the menu”. Every other employee working hard doing their job but after this experience I will not go back. If you’re having a bad, stay home. This is my second experience dealing with rude cashiers at this location. To management, please touch base with your employees (customer service skills) so as not to lose more business.

The last time I was here, it was for take out, and I recd the wrong order. I talked to Teresa, she was gracious and immediately offered me a corrected order. That's a place I like to deal with. Thank you, Teresa.

Not sure why but this Noodles and Co is constantly dropping the ball. Noodles are always bland and dry. The servings are incredibly small. Now today I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi with chicken breast and there wasn’t a single strip of chicken in my meal.. what’s the point of paying for the chicken if it’s not even going to be in there?

Save yourself the headache and head down the road to the Lincolnshire location. Better staff, food is better and they’ve never once messed up my order in 100+ visits.

Very good pork mac and chese

My husband and I were traveling for several days, eating all our meals in restaurants. On our last night we ordered delivery from Noodles and Company. We both agreed it was the best meal we had had all week. It was delivered quickly, was still hot and tasted amazing! We would not hesitate to order from them again.

I got the traditional buttered noodles, and it was a huge letdown. It tastes great but the amount you pay and the amount of food you get is really just disappointing. The regular felt more like a kids meal. If you dont care about small portions and spending more money I'd recomend it though

We love Noodles and Company and our toddler daughter loves it the most. This visit was the best visit so far. The crew working this lunch shift ran like a well oiled machine. The store was CLEAN. All food was in stock. The music and environment was so inviting and relaxing .
I particularly would like to mention Sharell. She set the tone for our visit.
We were warmly greeted with the most genuine and cheerful smile. Without hesitation she offered crayons and a coloring page to our daughter.
We were so impacted by her kindness we couldn’t help but watch her as she navigated the store and interacted with every coworker and every customer so graciously.
Every single person that she made contact with walked away with a smile on their faces.
This is rarely seen nowadays in most establishments .
Sharell is gem and will be the reason customers come back and coworkers stay.
We strongly urge you to continue building a staff that carries this spirit with them.
It is a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. Thank you for making our day Sharell.

This review is specifically for the woman who rang up our order (I’m mad I didn’t get her name!) but she had long red hair. So sweet. I had my two kids with me and she interacted with them and gave them crayons and also helped me get a better deal on what I was ordering. She helped us get a high chair and bring stuff to our table since my hands were full. It got really busy as we were leaving but I needed a lid for my leftovers and she saw me standing at the counter (while juggling many customers!) and brought a lid and a bag to me without me even asking. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and service!
