So I went here after work and ordered dinner to take home when I receive my food and got home to eat My daughter complained that her chicken Parmesan was rubbery and mines was fried so hard that I could only eat the middle so I called up there and told them about my problem And they told me they would give me a gift card with my amount back on there through email. I still haven’t received my gift card and he promised me I would have it by 9 o’clock last night that is very unprofessional.

The food is very good but the service is very bad, to begin with it was an hour waiting for the garnish and the food half an hour later and first one thing and then another, I did not enjoy it, there were more people waiting just like me, the waiter who met me He answered the call (Cody), when he saw that I paid my bill, he approached me telling me that the cooks are to blame for the delay and that is a lie, he spends his time walking around and talking to other tables, there was someone else who gave us the attention we deserve and I gladly gave him his tip, I didn't ask for his name but I'm grateful, they should call the attention of this guy (Cody) who is more attentive to their tables, for now I won't be returning, what a bad experience

Jazmine was absolutely excellent. She was kind, got our orders taken care of quickly, and just genuinely seemed like she enjoyed serving us. Out food came out very quickly and even with the 15 minute wait, we were in and out within an hour on a busy Saturday night.

Food is divine. Endless salad and breadsticks are amazing and my favorite part. Came here for a friends birthday and she received a free cake from the staff. Food comes out fast and is always hot. Deserts are delicious. Atmosphere is nice and free mints are a nice take away.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, can request specifically for vegetarian mealsParking: Lots of parking spaces as it is in a large shopping complex
I have never experienced something so terrible. My server was very inattentive seemed as if she did not want to serve us. Whenever i needed something she was not around i went to ask someone at the front who i believe was the host (curly hair) and as im speaking to her she rudely interrupts me and asks “do you need anything else” and i did not appreciate that. The water tasted like fluoride and i know damn well water shouldn’t taste like that. As someone who works in the food industry i understand being stressed, having a bad day or whatever the case may be, but never have i ever walked out of a restaurant not wanting to ever go back. i would not recommend olive garden vernon hills to any of closest friends or family. To put it lightly i will never be going back.

Typical Olive Garden decor. Fantastic server that was very attentive to our table and any needs or questions we had. The food we ordered was all delicious, well prepared, flavor, and temperature was spot on. The manager stopped at our table to make sure we were satisfied and left her card in case we had any problems. Overall, very satisfied! Would recommend a stop here for your Italian fix!
