Food is ok . Main issue is the long wait times . I’ve been here a couple of times and they are always out of stock on the high selling entrees and one has to wait far too long for the kitchen to refill their trays
I placed an order and it said it would be ready by 7:30pm. There were about 4 or 5 ppl waiting for their orders when I got there. It seemed like they were waiting for more food to be ready. At first I didn't say anything because I understand, but when I told the girl it seemed like she couldn't find my order and then she told me they were waiting for orange chicken which when I got there it had barely came out.. I had to wait half an hour for my order to be ready when I had placed it online
I ordered a mobile order and I arrived here when the app told me it would be ready by. I get here at that time and they told me to wait. But the wait is over 35 mins in the car and now still waiting in the car. That can't be normal.
Ok so this location sucks. Every single time I’ve ordered from this location since it opened they constantly mess up my order.
Today 6/14 I went inside this time to pick up my online order. I checked everything since I was picking up for my boyfriend and I. We just got two standard bowls with 6 egg rolls. Nothing crazy or fancy at a table. I didn’t have chow main in mine and my boyfriend didn’t have chicken in his. They gave us 1 egg roll. Now.. I would totally understand if they were low on food. Nope! I went to the counter to tell them they made several mistakes to my order. I saw they had everything at the serving counter FULLY stocked!!! Which pisses me off bc then there’s no excuse for this incompetence. The manager that day played dumb and then eventually gave me what I needed. I have a feeling they are being told to try to pull a fast one in a rich area. Anyway. This location sucks. I’m not going there anymore. Also my boyfriend literally spit out and is gagging from their egg rolls as I type this. Normally we slam the egg rolls.
I have quite literally never received a correct order from here. Every single time something is missing. Bowl with no chicken, bowl with no chow mein, 1 egg roll instead of 6, missing sauce, the list goes on. The amount of missing food can reach about $20 on a $30 order. On top of missing food, the food you actually do receive tastes old. Either the manager is instructing employees to skimp and toe the line of what they can get away with, or the employees are just incompetent. Both of these explanations would fall on the manager. I've worked in fast food and been a manager in fast food, there is really no possible valid excuse here. My money is on the manager being cheap in hopes of appearing like they have good sales and margins. Simping ain't easy I guess
Tables very durty, food to dry
I’m a regular customer at this location, as it’s the closest one to me. However, I’d like to address a consistent issue: whether dining in or ordering delivery, the portion sizes are noticeably small. At first, I assumed it was just a one-time mistake, but this has continued for months, and I now feel it’s important to bring it up.
I usually order plate meals, and each time, the entrée portions are extremely minimal—barely even a full scoop. For example, the string bean chicken breast portion is so small that even a child would still be hungry afterward.
We are paying full price, yet the portions being served are disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I’ve visited other locations for comparison, and the portions there are normal and satisfying. This issue clearly needs to be addressed at this location
The food I ordered around 5 p.m. on June 5th. I paid more than 20 dollars and received such shabby food.
When i came into the store they were closing in 50 minutes. I stood at the counter waiting for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When i asked if the sweet and fire chicken was fresh they told me no so I asked if they could make it fresh for me if i waited and they told me no...i usually go to a different panda express that has always been very nice about making orders fresh for me. Extremely disappointed in the service. Who wants to pay for chicken that they admitted wasnt fresh.
This may be the best Panda Express location. Goodbye Chipotle. Hello panda.

We recently visited Panda Express and tried their Teriyaki Chicken. It was absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked! The portion was generous, and the sauce added just the right amount of sweetness. Our server, Yulia, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her excellent service truly stood out. We will definitely come back to enjoy more delicious meals here!

Ordered $95 of entrees for a work lunch on their app to be picked up at 11:45. Arrived on time to find my order on a rack in the dining area. Time stamped on receipt that it was put out at 11:10! Later found a text confirming that it was ready for pickup at that time. Food was cold (unsafe food handling). Why request a time for fresh food if they don't pay attention, my receipt even stated 11:45 for pickup.
