Eat and kong dog it's 50 feet away
For $10.40 they gave me a small amount of meat. Three pieces in green bean and chicken and four shrimps for the honey walnut shrimp. What they did do is give me a tom of noodles. Lol
Super delicious 😋

Ordered for pick up 20 minutes ahead of time, the est time was 10 minutes until ready. Recieved a text stating that my order was completed and ready for pickup, I arrived 5 minutes after recieiving the text. Once I got there, they told me that they recieved the order but did not complete it yet and I had to wait another 10 minutes to recieve the order. Either the system is massively delayed or the workers at this location are horribly inefficient.

I went through the drive thru today, having a horrible day, and in tears. Ana held my hand through the window and comforted me. It didn't take but a moment. She is a queen. Thank you Ana for your kindness. And the food was great!

The worst place to make a mobile order, made an order 20 minutes in advance and still had 20-30 customers order ahead of me and get there for, they prioritize walk ins more so just don’t order mobile

I just door dashed a plate of food. I paid an extra $1.80 for the honey walnut shrimp. I got 7 pieces of shrimp. That is about a quarter of the amount of chicken. A plate comes with 2 meats, I paid the upgrade (understandably) for shrimp. But 7 pieces. What a rip off.

Panda is Panda, you usually get a decent, consistent meal anywhere.
The biggest problem with this location is the long and frequent waits. It’s not just once or twice; it happens too often. Sure, sometimes it’s worth it when they bring out freshly cooked food, but the issue is that it’s not just one or two items—it can be kids’ meals, entrees, or sides all delayed.
One time we even ordered ahead, but still had to wait 25 minutes after arriving. Waiting 25 minutes at Panda just doesn’t make sense.
To make it worse, while customers are clearly waiting with frustration, the staff stand around chatting and don’t bother restocking empty items. Since it’s an open kitchen, you see everything, and it’s even more frustrating.

This place is terrible! Some of the workers are rude and don't seem to care. This place needs to hire young men and woman not spoiled children. My family's food was cold, under cooked and $65.00 for garbage and kid workers laughing in the background while I was waiting 20 extra minutes for a small order of food that they ran out of. The owner of this business needs to come in and take a good look at whats going on . TERRIBLE. My advice, don't go to the one in Vernon Hills. Go to another town .

The wait times are consistently insane. I just waited 14 minutes from the time I placed my order until they brought out my food. The time before that it was 18 minutes. I don't know what happened to the Panda Express business model of having food ready or ready within minutes.

Samuel at Panda Express was outstanding! Super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience great. The food was fresh and tasty, but his amazing service is what truly stood out. Give that man a raise!

Due to rise of prices, I'm going to start trying to get the menu prices for y'all and keep updating them.
I work for Uber Eats, so why not help the peeps while I do so
Food is ok . Main issue is the long wait times . I’ve been here a couple of times and they are always out of stock on the high selling entrees and one has to wait far too long for the kitchen to refill their trays

I placed an order and it said it would be ready by 7:30pm. There were about 4 or 5 ppl waiting for their orders when I got there. It seemed like they were waiting for more food to be ready. At first I didn't say anything because I understand, but when I told the girl it seemed like she couldn't find my order and then she told me they were waiting for orange chicken which when I got there it had barely came out.. I had to wait half an hour for my order to be ready when I had placed it online
