Lavonne unkindly put us at the end of an extremely long slow moving line even though I had a simple, quick to make order that was placed before everyone else. I will not be back to this location. Bad customer service is not enough of a descriptor for this pathetic attempt at business.Edit:I made it home and checked the food. The coffee itself was 3/4 full and the soup was almost warm but closer to Luke cold.I am not happy. I'm actually pretty disgusted .

Bianca is the biggest asset this location has. Food is great and even if the slightest thing is not perfect, Bianca does whatever she can to make it better! I find myself eating Panera more because of the experience she provides. Thank you Bianca!

Tell me why my cup of broccoli cheddar soup cost almost $7 !! I would've got a bowl instead of a cup. My salads were also the size of my small hands, and the ones in Mundelein were a lot bigger in portion sizes for the same prices. We were also a bit disappointed in our sandwiches because they both needed more chipotle sauce [in the chipotle chicken avo sandwich]. It felt like they just sprinkled the inside like a topping.

Really disappointed that Panera is still using plastic lids with the # 6 plastic lids for their hot beverages. This is not healthy. I prefer my coffee without the carcinogens thank you very much.
There was nothing easier than going to the drive through and placing your order. Now they're forcing you to download the app. And the drive through is for app users only. So if you don't want to download the app, you have to walk inside. That is infuriating.
