In the comments I asked for another dressing. I know they are supposed to charge me for that. But on the google app there isn’t anyplace to order another one. The gentleman on the phone explained I have to order on myrositas app. Well I didn’t know that. Instead of informing me when I arrived he could not put in the extra dressing I would to have purchase one. But he said nothing. I have worked 20 years in catering. I think it’s poor customer service. I know it’s a little . thing but I lot more dressing. That was my experience. Also I have ordered like that 3 other times and I always got the dressing.

We ordered a large chicken pizza for $30. Pizza was very hard and didn’t taste good. We couldn’t even eat one small slice of pizza. We called the store and the customer service was not at all good they were not ready to accepting our feedback. We wasted our $30 by ordering the pizza here for the first time.We will never order here.

We ordered a deep dish pizza with Pepperoni & we got Pizza the dough was 1" thick with the pizza sauce cheese & Pepperoni on top..this is not what a deep dish pizza..very disappointed..

Good place to go to Rosati's pizza in Vernon Hills. I go there very often, but they upgraded their menu panels and lightnings. It's much better than before, and new management is also plus....

My first time eating here since the new management has taken over and I have only good things to say! The new decor inside is so much better and cleaner and the staff is very kind. I have ordered pizza from an few other Rosati’s and this location by far is my favorite, they made my pizza exactly how I asked. It was crispy, well done and pie cut. I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them to all my friends and family. Fantastic new owners!

First and last time ordering hereThe jumbo slice was hard as a rockThe calzone was soggy and the baked penne was flavorless and full of water it was almost like soup barely any cheese and clearly not baked. Ruined my family’s dinner we ended up making sandwichesHighly disappointed wish I could get my money back

I called ahead about 4:00 to ask if they had slices and was told yes. Got there 5 minutes later and ordered a slice of sausage and one of pepperoni. Since it's basically take out, I left only to find that the sausage slice was fine, but the pepperoni slice was like cardboard. That's what you get in a franchise pizza joint.
New management worked great job. Much brighter then before and clean. New menu panels and paint. Little wear and taer but still in good shape. They’re called TOPpings so you’d think they go on TOP of the pizza but nope, they put it under the cheese. They put a meat “topping” under the cheese when i ordered giardiniera so they got that wrong, but heres the sick part. When i went to my car, i always check my food, and it looked like they just forgot to put giardiniera on TOP of the pizza cuz of course its a TOPPING, and its the day of the superbowl, so i say to myself, “oh they forgot the giardiniera and im not gonna wait another 35-45 mins for them to fix it, no worries though.” I go home and we all (about 9 vegetarians, 2 of them being my inlaws…) bite into meat (ham i think? How should i know?) so i go back and they remake the pizza with cheese since i dont want to take another chance with toppings. Any pizza place with overall reviews that start with a 3-point whatever is a HUGE redflag. so here i am leaving this review and never taking another chance with this Rosati’s or any of them. Macianos is next door. Rosati’s: when u finally change ur pizza making methods to assure a process step is placed to check if the cooks made the right order, then reply to this message and maybe ill try again. For now, goodbye.
