Roti Mediterranean Bowls. Salads. Pitas.

I used to go to Roti ALL the time, then they changed their menu to be " more mediterranean". Its horrible. Every friend I talk to agrees. We have tried it a couple more times and unfortunate will not be back. Even the Falafel is bad now. Sadly I think this place will close in a year or two at most.

Food was very dry! Falafels were old and hard and the pitas were very chewy. Very poor service. The guy had bed attitude when I told him that he might want to replace the falafel for other costumers. I throw away the whole order!

Ordered a Roasted Vegetable Pita for my daughter and was disappointed. It should be called Carrots Pita because that was all it had inside. Good rice but carrots was trash.

Service was terrible. Ignored by the female worker 11/14 6:20 pm and the male worker had headphones in, ignored by him as well after finally being my turn after waiting over 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me. Guess they honor online orders more. Finally left. Waste of time. Terrible service. Not even a sorry be right with you to me or any of the people in front of me. Poorly run, poor management clearly.

Come here instead of cava across the street

Got food poisoning directly after eating here last night. I wonder if it had anything to do with the 2 gentlemen working who clearly don't like their job or being in the service industry. Stomach still feels weird.

I am updating my review. Because of rudeness of the staff. She was least bothered in serving and did not tell me once my payment was done. She was a healthy girl with glasses. Never coming back to this store again since this is how they treat customers like me who are regulars.

Heard so many great things about the food here (not necessarily this location) went in to try it today. The two guys at front counter were completely disengaged and not welcoming at all. Were mumbling when speaking to them and rolling their eyes and sighing as if they were just ready to go home. Not a good look.

Update/Reply: after submitting this review and reading through some of the other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring issue so maybe you should start looking at yourselves as part of the issue as the owners/management.

hey! dear restaurant owner! stop marking order is ready on the doordash app when we are way to far on traffic struggling to come to you.. when you click that button we only have 10 mins timeframe to grab order. But in the reality app usually send double, triple orders to dashers. You need to understand we are not controlling this app. sometimes they're sending orders when we're more that +20 mins away from restaurants! and when you click that button you're more likely delaying your orders more. Because if we cannot reach to restaurant in 10 minutes dasher app will give us violation. so if we came more than 10 mins later we will unassign ourselves because grabbing late order will risk drivers rate. so we will be cancel your order more often! click that button when we show up at your restaurant otherwise we will keep cancel your orders. your foods will be sitting on you counter more long. who is winning ? no one!

The food is not even close to real Mediterranean, it tastes and smells like a plastic . Portions are very small. Vegetables are not fresh and meat is overtoasted.Now I know that Roti is not good for eating Pitas or pita bowls

Been here multiple times and it is a great experience every time. They are so quick and the food is always so fresh. It is definitely one of my favorite counter-serve restaurants. They have some of the best dressings and meat choices, all for a very reasonable price.

I'm so tired of ordering from here and the order being messed up. I haven't gotten one single correct order whether it's forgotten pita, incorrect sauces, etc. You clearly need to go and watch your food being made in front of you in order to actually get what you want.I'm likely done as the current menu pales in comparison to what it was 2019/2020 anyway.
