No waiting in line here. The staff was very kind and attentive. A very reasonably nice meal can be had here besides their great slices of pizza I've had in the past. They were kind enough to melt some mozzarella cheese on the spaghetti but it wasn't browned the way I like it. Meatballs were perfect.

The mexican guy who was preparing th pizza in the morning was so rude and unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL, I did not want to buy anything from this place.He was making the pizza and I was standing and waiting for it to be ready.He told me 15 mins, so I told him I can and will wait.. 3 mins later, he told me not to stand and wait.He actually told me to go away.Nobody there except me.When I was ordering, he saying something in Spanish to the cashier and giggling.Maybe spanish is the only language he knew but I felt so offended, I really wanted to slap him, but I know I should forgive him and pray for him.My son wanted the pizza so bad we just bought 1 slice, but never coming to this place ever again.

Food was cool, meaning not even warm...The guy at the back was not friendly at all.They should not talk to customers like that.Tell them to stop speaking spanish in front of customers and laugh.Very offensive. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN.!!!

Located in the dining food court of Hawthorne mall , Sbarro's is a one stop "Italian" fast food. Either I was craving their pizza or it was just really good. I went in the afternoon and they had a fresh cheese coming out if the oven so I decided on that. Always go for their traditional pizza not the thick crust it's not as good. The workers were friendly and kept the line moving. The price may not necessarily be worth it for a slice but what can you do. They try to give you a deal if you get two slices and a drink, but it only saves you a few cents if you were planning on getting a drink. There's plenty of space to eat in the food court if you're eating there. I'll be back the next time I'm craving Sbarrros.

Despite all the negative reviews about the popular pizza franchise which is typically found in malls across the country, can't say I've ever had a bad experience at any location.It's the big tasty NY style slices that I almost always have and occasionally a Stromboli and/or breadsticks.Always made fresh, the food overall seems to be of decent quality, prices are reasonable, employees are maintaining safe practices and customer service remains consistently good.?
Ordered 17" Cheese and Veg pizza for b'day party. I was skeptical at first but later I was satisfied when it tasted good. Staff were friendly and delivered it on time. Freshly baked and soft crust. Kids loved and enjoyed having it.Highly recommend and glad it is inside the mall!!

There aren't many places to eat at the food court at Hawthorn Mall, but this is one of the few that doesn't upset my stomach. Stick with the regular pan pizza - the thicker ones aren't as good. All of the pizza is a bit oily/greasy, but if you don't mind that, then hooray. And those garlic breadsticks are very boring. They're so bland that they're made to be dipped in marinara.
