Excellent service, wait staff asked how food was and even got our refills while we dined in. Very friendly and made it a pleasure to eat at this location

Disappointed on Mother’s Day
We’ve only been to Shake Shack once before, but I was really craving it and chose it as my Mother’s Day treat. Unfortunately, it was a letdown—there was so little sauce on our burgers that they were dry and not nearly as tasty as I remembered. I expected better, especially on a day that was supposed to feel special.

Hamburgers are very good. Look for 1 free with 1 order coupons French fries are crunchy they way I like it.

Shake Shack is always a sure place to go and grab a bite. Their offering is always good and they have a couple of seasonal flavors which are always welcome. As a gourmet burger chain their prices are over the standard chain burgers, but their quality is too. Overall a place you can't go wrong about.

Great lunch today @ Shake Shack

My son and I ate dinner here over the weekend. It was crowded, but the wait wasn't that bad. My son and I both enjoyed our burgers, and while I'm not really a fan of crinkle-cut fries, theirs were decent.

Their vanilla shake was good, but nothing special.

This is my second time back at this location .Great leadership will always lead to great business . This place is excellent ?? the workers are humble , and nice , the place is clean , the food was fresh , this stems from a great leader, The manager ED is polite , courteous, and very professional. And it tends to reflect on his team . I'll highly recommend trying this place , to whom it may concern .

Really dirty floor, tables, & bathroom were all pretty filthy. Also didn’t include any of the side sauces I requested? I understand you guys are stingy when wanting more than one, but not even giving ANY.. for extremely dry chicken… literally a choking hazard. Not to mention there’s no soda machine… honestly just go to Five Guys at this point.

Food is as good as usual Shake Shack, but the fact they don’t have a self service refill soda dispenser is crazy for this day in age. There’s certainly room for it, super odd they don’t have it. Stingy on drinks and stingy on giving sides of sauces.
