i received my burger raw and cold. i ordered through doordash so i couldn’t get another burger (i did get a refund) but unacceptable nonetheless

Been to shake shack a handful of times. The food is fresh but I was pleasantly surprised with the chicken sandwich, very tasty. The Parmesan fries were good but the cheese fries leave a lot to be desired. American cheese on cheese fries is crazy work

The app was terrible, declined my card and blocked me when the card was working. Went inside order, use the same card. No problem, and used the kiosk, which is why the service gets a two.The food is good.There was no customer service because I used a kiosk.This place is so overpriced.I highly doubt I will return.I will say the banana milkshake was really good.

I had a TERRIBLE experience today!! I went in for a Shroom burger which is usually my go to. As I took my first bite, I bit into a frozen mushroom and frozen cheese inside the mushroom. I had to get a refund there was absolutely no way I was going to trust them to remake it for me and my appetite was completely ruined I don’t think I can ever come back.

Food was amazing. Great burger. Service was a little slow, but they were busy, so it's understandable. Definitely recommend!

Management is the most incompetent lazy man I've ever spoken to on the phone. The website is broken and won't allow orders to process so I called to place the order. The manager refused to accept my $150 order over the phone and made an excuse not to work. Would highly advise to replace this man with someone more competent for the job. This happened at 1130 am on Wednesday October 8th. Please replace this man immediately!

I went after lunch time there is so dirty on every table and floor. I ordered from kiosk it was so easy.Chicken sandwich is so good than I expected.I never chicken sandwich here before.For the dubai chocolate shake it was great 😊.in my opinion vanilla ice cream in shake it was too sweet.🍬

Not sure about customer service as almost all types of fastfood restaurants have mixed to kiosks. Person who brought the food to the pick up station was nice enough. Just very pricey food for the small amount you get, who would have thought bring 5 people would cost almost $136 with only getting fries burgers and soda for 3 and two milkshakes would cost that much. A good burger joint is less expensive.
