I went here this afternoon with a pal on lunch from work, as I frequently do since it’s right across the street from my office. I always get good drinks and great service here. Act Of Kindness
I went to the Vernon Hills Starbucks yesterday to pick up 10 gift cards for the wonderful nurses who took care of my husband @ Highland Park Hospital. I discussed my purchase with Lisa Nicole and she asked me why he was there. As soon as I told her, I was in tears. Without hesitation, she grabbed my hand, bowed her head, closed her eyes, and quietly said a prayer asking God to help him.
