I purchased two bags of coffee beans from this location and asked the Barista to ground them somewhat course as my espresso maker at home doesn't do well with fine grounds only to get home and realize both bags were ground too fine. I took them back to see if they might be able to rectify my issue and was refused even though I had proof of purchase within the app. The shift lead insisted that I needed a paper receipt as if the digital one in the app was not enough. Really disappointed by the lack of customer service at this location specifically.
Loved this place but lady in drive thru rubbed dog and around the dog mouth then proceeded to make my drinks without washing hands. Asked for different tops and young boy said they can’t take the drinks back. Happened 06/10/2025 at 11:35am

Drinks are fine but every single time I come here it’s SLOW. Even with off hours and pickup orders, I’m waiting significantly longer in comparison to other locations. I get if the drive thru is busy or during a rush, but at 6 pm…?

The music is at all times at high volume. It feels like you are going to a rave party or a reggaeton dance club. The tables are often dirty, even if it is not busy. I used to love to go to starbucks for coffee and stay to work and have lunch, but I see that the spirit of a true coffeeshop is gone. Sad. And it's always freezing with AC that your fingers become popsicle
