My prior experiences here have been very good but two days in a row with two different orders it’s clear the barista is not paying attention to the label. Yesterday I ordered a venti americano with extra room which arrived in a grande cup with cream and only 3 shots. Today I ordered a grande americano in a venti cup with an extra shot and got a venti americano with no room. I’m not sure why “venti americano with extra room” is difficult.

My mother ordered a tea with ice on the side and the lady at the front kept on saying that she should get something else and when my mom said just give me the tea and the ice the lady did that but my mother only got the tea that she said tasted really bad and no ice . Any they always get the name wrong instead of spelling Tommy they said Timmy. And instead of Dana for my mom they said Dona like bro one star.

Honestly I get drinks from here pretty often and usually I’d say they’re decent. However today I decided to get my usual order which is matcha. This was the clumpiest matcha I’ve had in my whole life. All I could taste was powder. I ordered it with strawberry puree and there was barely any. I also ordered it hot but it came warm, closer to cold… Very upset. I didn’t even end up finishing it.
As a photographer, I appreciate establishments with chic, large windows, which so beautifully emphasize the aroma that evaporates from a hot cup of coffee, and it is no longer coffee and people, but a moment of eternity that dissolves in the routine of everyday life.

I asked to make my drink not too sweet, so they put 2.5 pomps of syrup in stead of 5 and charged me 80 cents more. So they put less stuff in my drink and charged me more for that. Doesn't make any sense.

Very pleasant experience going in a couple of times for a place to have coffee and study. Staff has always been very nice and welcoming, occasionally saying “have a good night” and your name when you leave. Just adding that extra touch of feeling welcomed.
