It’s absurd that it takes 35-40 minutes to bring out the food. I’ve been to Michelin-starred restaurants which have quicker service. There is something wrong with their process if it takes this long to make the food. This is meant to be a fast-casual restaurant. Be prepared to wait if you come to this location!

The salmon is not cooked, too slow to cook it - waited for over 35minutes .

I asked napkins to that blonde woman behind the cashier ( and I said please) . She looked at me down then slowly grab the napkins then handed them to me. She didn’t say a word.
I thought about it again after done with our food and tried to ask her why she treated me this way but she was hiding in the kitchen.
Why do customer service is so bad those days ?

Stopped by on a Saturday at 8:20 PM. Employee infomed me they are closed not taking orders for the rest of the night. I understand unexpected things come up, but come on. I went out of my way for nothing, if you are closed for the night CLOSE AND LOCK your door so people dont wander in. Waste of time.

Placed the order online for two tofu bowls for in-store pickup and both were customized. The spicy tofu was actually spicy and the perfect amount. It was super tasty and we like it way better than panda bc panda doesn't even have tofu. Also, my recommendation is to get more veggie appetizers and even a vegan dessert option. We are fans!

Stopped in at 845pm as the website states open until 9. We ordered and went to sit down to wait for our food. Employee brought our food to us in bags and said we had to leave , they close at 9, and that “all orders after 830 are for carryout only”. Not only was that not mentioned when we ordered but to be ushered out is completely unacceptable. Employee was courteous, however it’s clear this how he was trained to remove all guests out of store strictly at 9. Food was fair but obviously cold by the time we arrived home 30 minutes later. If we were simply informed when we ordered we could not stay would have gone somewhere else.

Tried the orange chicken with fried rice. The rice was a clumpy, soggy mess. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old, dirty oil. As someone who's worked in restaurants my whole life, I know the signs and taste of cutting corners. I'm sure the orange chicken is not freshly floured & breaded but rather frozen.... Deep fried and tossed in the sauce.

Big red flag: a sign on the trash can saying not to throw away the bowls, suggesting to me they’re being washed and reused. That alone is reason enough to walk out. Add an upset stomach afterward, and it seals the deal.
Panda sucks to, but would have been $4 cheaper.

I ordered the Spicy Chicken bowl. It had just the right amount of heat and the brown rice was cooked well. Their teriyaki sauce is so good. The employees were attentive and friendly.
