My first experience ever at a Teriyaki Madness was at the Gurnee location this past early December and I'm so glad to have tried it. TM has grown on me big time, I looove this place!Roughly 3 weeks later that month, my family & I were in Vernon Hills and my wife was asking what the dinner plans were. I knew Mellody Farm boasts an extensive array of great eats so TM sounded downright mouthwatering.I figured we haven't tried the VH location yet and my stepdaughter who hasn't tried TM yet was back from college for Christmas break so it was good timing.It's amazing what you can do with a short menu and convert it into an expanding sensation. Not sure about the slightly lower ratings at this location compared to the Gurnee location but the value of the food, cleanliness of the venue and service are all consistently good.Easily at least a couple of times a month I gotta get my fill of the madness and this place will always hit the spot. I hope for continued booming business for the owner(s) for decades to come.

This place continues to disappoint, stopped coming here cause of the service and skimping. My wife ordered a junior with noodles and orange chicken, I ordered a regular with teriyaki chicken and this is what they gave us. My wife got a junior and j got a junior but paid for a regular, because I was rushing home to get my daughter changed we didn’t check at the store. Definitely never coming back.

food was okay, and service was fine but so sad to see that a restaurant with so much potential with a disgusting infestation of cockroaches freely roaming around as fellow patrons of the establishment. so i will not longer be coming to this specific location

My boyfriend and I went to Teriyaki Madness for the first time today (3/26 around 6:30pm) and we had the worst experience ever. We were very excited to try this place out and we saw that you received a coupon for signing up for their rewards, so we did. When we went up to place our order, the cashier was extremely rude. We couldn’t get the coupon to work and she could care less about trying to help us out. When we told her it wasn’t working she just shrugged her shoulders and refused to assist us. While we were still trying to figure out how to make the coupon work, she left us and went to help another customer. We were so upset and frustrated we decided to leave without any food.

I ordered two bowls on the app. When I arrived on the ready time, I was told “they are still working on it”. 15 minutes later, I asked again and was told my order was given to another guest by mistake. When I asked for a refund, the cashier told me she had to get a manager. Another person (who was very rude) told me she couldn’t issue a refund because it was an online order but assured me ANOTHER manager will refund my order the next day. I also emailed the corporate website for clarity… Still haven’t received my refund. That’s all I needed to know about this company. I will not be returning again.

Stopped by on Wednesday 02/06! And was greeted and attended by Mercedes. She was SUPER kind and attentive with my order! Very grateful she took my needs seriously since I fast on Wednesday's/Friday's & can only eat vegan. She went above & beyond to make sure my needs were meet! & as I was waiting I noticed how clean the area is. & once I got my order it came out so fresh; plan on visiting again! & thank you for the great experience!Dietary restrictions: Has a wide variety for those who follow a strict diet!
