I was looking for a place along my drive to get a good lunch. I definitely found it at Tokyo Bowl! I was greeted when I walked in and needed a few minutes since it was my first time here. They waited patiently for my order and it came out pretty quickly after I ordered. I was getting the food to go and it was packed up very nicely. When I opened it up, The smells were fantastic and the container was full. The food tasted as good as it looked and it was a good portion size. I would definitely stop here again when I am in the area. You should too! You won't be disappointed! I'm looking forward to some of the other menu options!

This is my first time dining at the Tokyo Bowl Restaurant on Townline Rd a few doors down from the Dairy Queen. The window has a sign that says "Ko-Bop Ramen", so I'm not sure what this place really is.
Regardless, the entrees we had were good but not great. They arrived quickly and the dining area was clean. The portion sizes were barely adequate for the $15 price (ramen soup with dumplings), but needed to be larger so I could take home some leftovers as I customarily do at other ramen restaurants.
The most important question to ask is "Would I return here?". The answer is maybe, but I won't go raving about this place to my neighbors.

We stopped here after our first option down the road was closed - and my gosh, what a gem. This unassuming small place serves really really good food. The pork katsu was seriously amazing. The KoBob pork was also great. Very nice owners too. We’ll be coming back.

Ordered a Tuna Poke Bowl.... Tuna was high quality cuts not filled with tendons like some places but.... perfect. The sauces that came with it were very delicious... very happy with it over all... will be back

Tokyo bowl has the best ramen in town, hands down. I tried the poke salmon today and it was AMAZING. Lots of flavor, fresh ingredients.love love love this place

Tokyo Bowl is one of Vernon Hills' hidden gems. It's tucked away in a strip mall off of Townline Road. Ever since I was a child, I've always asked my parents to take me here for a special lunch. Now, it's my go-to spot for sushi dates. Every dish on the menu is beautifully crafted and undeniably delicious. I would recommend this place to everyone who is a fan of Asian cuisine. If you're someone who doesn't like sushi, you should try the Korean cup-bop or the ramen instead. My favorite dishes are the mango ramen, rainbow roll, and beef cup-bop. I'd like to personally thank the business owner for being such a gentleman and providing the best possible service to all of his customers for the many, many years. You are appreciated!
