This was one of the most disappointing experiences we've ever had at this restaurant. We placed a Mobile order and got into the restaurant shortly after. Once we sat down, we realized one of our sandwiches was made wrong. The fries were also ice cold. When I brought up my sandwich to let them know that one was made wrong, one of the workers basically just ripped the receipt out of my hand in frustration. When my husband went up to let them know he was highly allergic to onions, and he hoped that they just didn't take the onions off his sandwich, the Mgr argued with him. So unprofessional on the mgr's part. He was very, very rude, and walked away from my husband, saying he wasn't going to argue with him. What happened to a mgr's goal of satisfying the customer? This particular mgr definitely needs to go through a retraining on what good customer service is all about!

I just went and guy in the drive thru is rude doesn’t even acknowledge the human he stares at.
I waited patiently to ask for ketchup while he took and order and was rude enough to just let go of the ketchup in my open hand and let them fall onto the floor not caring.

All I wanted was spicy bbq nuggets and fries and they couldn’t even get that right. Instead I got buffalo nuggets with over fried or twice fried fries. Like if the guy in the drive rushing me through my order wasn’t enough they had to mess up my order too.

Trashiest Wendy's ever. Service sucks, food sucks, and it's an unpleasant experience every time. The guy with the sunglasses needs a different career. He was full of excuses when my order was wrong and he lied.

Manager,if you're reading this. Inform the drive through workers that it's required that you give receipts. How many times do I need to ask and I get "you didn't ask for one, or I didn't hear you." 🤔 look it up. Illinois requires that you give receipt. Plus what if my order is bad! What's the first thing Wendy's is going to say? Where's your receipt?

Disgusting service in the evening. The staff at the drive thru don't really want to work and they are very rude. The worst Wendy's I've been to.

Waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes while the cars ahead in the line went down. This was not at peak dinner time either.
Arrived home with my order completely wrong and cold.
Overall, poor customer service and poor food quality.
