Worst Wendy’s in Lake County. Food always has an issue food was cold cheese not melted. Has to get fresh fries immediately and my meal was just disappointing all the way thru. Casper didn’t even speak or look me in the face. Horrible food horrible service

What happened to Wendy’s chicken nuggets? I always look forward to having their delicious super soft, chunky chicken nuggets. Today I got chicken nuggets and they are a little flat, not chunky and not very soft 😔

This location used to be a Rockstar. But somewhere around end of 2024 it all went downhill. Not sure if it was sold, but staff that had been there for years are all gone. New staff can't get orders right and the food is now terrible.
This location has gone from one of the best to one of the worst in both service and food.
Edit - just looked it up and yes, the whole strip mall including the Wendy's was sold in October 2024, right about the time this location went down the toilet drain. Another good example of investors ruining everthing they touch.

First time inside this newly remodeled location, usually go thru drive thru. Was impressed, even has a cozy electric fireplace in the dinning area and seating is arranged to meet with small groups, family or can bring a laptop and sit by yourself to work while enjoying a cup of coffee or a quick meal, snack.

The food quality at this location is consistently poor, and every drive-thru employee I’ve encountered has shown little to no customer service skills - unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. Not even a greeting. It’s clear they want customers gone as quickly as possible.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences we've ever had at this restaurant. We placed a Mobile order and got into the restaurant shortly after. Once we sat down, we realized one of our sandwiches was made wrong. The fries were also ice cold. When I brought up my sandwich to let them know that one was made wrong, one of the workers basically just ripped the receipt out of my hand in frustration. When my husband went up to let them know he was highly allergic to onions, and he hoped that they just didn't take the onions off his sandwich, the Mgr argued with him. So unprofessional on the mgr's part. He was very, very rude, and walked away from my husband, saying he wasn't going to argue with him. What happened to a mgr's goal of satisfying the customer? This particular mgr definitely needs to go through a retraining on what good customer service is all about!
I just went and guy in the drive thru is rude doesn’t even acknowledge the human he stares at. I waited patiently to ask for ketchup while he took and order and was rude enough to just let go of the ketchup in my open hand and let them fall onto the floor not caring.

All I wanted was spicy bbq nuggets and fries and they couldn’t even get that right. Instead I got buffalo nuggets with over fried or twice fried fries. Like if the guy in the drive rushing me through my order wasn’t enough they had to mess up my order too.
