The buzzer is needlessly loud for the room they use it in. The karts need a brakes if they’re meant to go at the speed they do.

Bad management, poor maintenance on the vehicles and scoops. This has plagued this business for years and is nothing new. Was at a friends party and refused to participate due to on going problem, it was persisting that evening. Another party was there that was drunken disorderly and causing numerous issues so somebody need to watch the personal belongings of the group I was with. Address the situation with the manager on duty it fell on deaf years and selective vision by this manager as to what was going on. Ended up having a ticket upon myself to call Vernon Hills Police Department to address problem that took place. this other group not only was taking our food, but also our alcohol and soft drinks. Not to mention they were caught in possession of personal belongings belonging to the group I was with such as wallets.

The worst management ever. Will never come to this place again. Super rude and were not willing to help me at all for my son’s birthday. Left after being screamed at by the manager and did not let us make any reservations for the future. Do not recommend going here at all unless you want to get treated horribly by staff.

Went for a 150 person plus tournament. Wish you could pound the glass and that it had less dividers. Large space to spread out. Clean bathrooms. Loved the upstairs loft to view court 1 from.

Awesome center and staff is very nice! Nationals was a blast in Chicago and I hope we will more Nationals in Chicago for years to come! I recommend Whirlyball for parties, team building events, and more!
What an amazing experience this last week playing the whirlyball national tournament in Vernon Hills. Everything about this place is top notch. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the carts were running very smooth, and the food is delicious. If you ever need the space to run larger parties, whirlyball Vernon Hills definitely hit on all cylinders for me.

A great facility, run by talented and professional people. Whirlyball courts have be updated, carts are running great, and the new Lasers set up add a nice feeling of glory when you score a goal! Great laser tag, and lots of run for a large party (easily fits 200+). Highly recommend Vernon Hills Whirlyball for any event or for a fun night with friends/family. Tracy is a great lady, runs a tight ship!!
