Tracey and Robyn were incredible. My family hosted a large party there, and everything from the venue and food to the staff and overall vibe was perfect. Tracey went above and beyond to make sure my son had the best night of his life. She cares so much about her clients, and it shows. I’ll always be grateful for that.

Eveyone on the staff is rude. They did not greet when I walked in, were not attentive. Food was mediocre. Will not be back nor recommend the place to others.

This was my first time visiting Whirley Ball. We threw a party for our son’s 13th birthday and EVERY kid enjoyed their time and was smiling the whole time of playing. Tyler and David made our experience great with exceptional customer service, taking care of things I would not have even thought about and having everything ready just in time for the kids transition. They even urged the kids to invite my husband and myself for the last round of playing. Priceless memories were made because of their professionalism and passion for their job. 10/10 experience! Can’t wait to go back

Bad management, poor maintenance on the vehicles and scoops. This has plagued this business for years and is nothing new. Was at a friends party and refused to participate due to on going problem, it was persisting that evening. Another party was there that was drunken disorderly and causing numerous issues so somebody need to watch the personal belongings of the group I was with. Address the situation with the manager on duty it fell on deaf years and selective vision by this manager as to what was going on. Ended up having a ticket upon myself to call Vernon Hills Police Department to address problem that took place. this other group not only was taking our food, but also our alcohol and soft drinks. Not to mention they were caught in possession of personal belongings belonging to the group I was with such as wallets.
The manager, Tracey, is top notch! She and her staff are super focused, capable and service-oriented.

Left after being screamed at by the manager and did not let us make any reservations for the future. Do not recommend going here at all unless you want to get treated horribly by staff.

Went for a 150 person plus tournament. Wish you could pound the glass and that it had less dividers. Large space to spread out. Clean bathrooms. Loved the upstairs loft to view court 1 from.
