The place is run down. Half the laser tag vests didn’t work. When I asked to get refunded for 30 of the 60 mins they said NOPE - the equipment works fine. Don’t waste your money here . Plenty of other laser tag facilities that are fantastic.

If you would like to have a birthday party here. PLEASE find out how many birthday parties they would have in one time. We were asked not to sit by others table caused might get that dirty. It was dirty before we sat there. Even the table was not taken for 1st hour. We were told not let kids go outside of our area.We were told if lost the ring of connect 4, Pay! Pinpong? You cannot use it. Because you not pay! Want another slice of pizza, bring your plate! Take the uneaten pizza away before everyone left the tables. Take out the drinks 8 minutes before party finishes! Start to clean up 20 minutes before party finishes! Because we were told that kids made a mess. If you could not control your party members to go around, if you could not find out what you have and didn't pay before the party. Then not going!

Would not recommend Lazer tag party! Would rate 0 stars if I could. At $35\kid I was expecting the party to be really nice. Out of the hour we played laser tag we only had one game where all the lazer vests were working. A majority of the time we had 2 vests that didn’t work. The attendant didn’t seem to care that they weren’t working and if it weren’t for my husband trying to hunt down and find the kids that had defective vests the attendant wouldn’t have tried to fix it at all.In regards to the food and beverage, the sprite was flat and lemonade was watered down. The cupcakes came out and they honestly looked like they had scrapped off blue frosting and redecorated it with yellow frosting. I am not really sure but it was super tacky(See picture). We had to hunt down silverware, plates, and napkins. Some of this stuff I really wouldn’t have cared about but when you put it all together and were charged $35 a kid it is disappointing. Then…I reached out to the event coordinator(which by the way charges an additional $70 for coordinating the party) and let them know I was disappointed with the party and atleast thought they would respond with an apology. NOPE…complete radio silence from them.I suggest looking around at other places with lazer tag. I can’t imagine it would be more expensive or worse off than this place.

Do not have a child's birthday here. I had my sons bday party here over the summer with 15 kids and it was not a good move. All of the food (apps, pizza and dessert) was brought out all at once right when we got there and then I never saw the server again. No clean up, no interaction with the kids- just a literal free for all that was then flipped and we were told the kids could not run around and needed to stay in their section until the next laser tag time. Which was also a disaster. I'll keep this short and just say- have a child's bday party some place more kid friendly. This place is definitely not it. I also contacted this establishment to discuss this and it just happened that our server (who was not very nice) just happened to also be the manager so nothing was handled in this situation. We paid over a thousand dollars and did all the work ourselves for setup and clean up.

The Whirlyball itself was very fun despite 2 slow cars only moving at half the speed of the other cars. A third car stalled frequently and had to be frequently bumped to stay in the game.Half the food menu was unavailable. (no handhelds at all) The pizza was very poor quality, doughy with minimal toppings and little Caesars puts it to shame. The nachos were good and very large. The pingpong table was broken and unable to be used. We were told the karaoke machine was also broken after paying for multiple songs, only to realize it wasn't actually broken but the manager wanted to listen to the Alabama football game instead despite being the only one watching the game.$674 for a group of 10 to play for 1.5 hours with a required $18 food and drink per person really makes it hard to go back due to the low quality of everything listed above.

The whirlyBall is fun, but the facility is old and run down. They served pizza for a charity event and it was horrible.

I am an event photographer and am at WhirlyBall often. The venue has a lot to offer including dance area, games, cars and laser tag. The staff are great and organized. Venue has easy parking and offers a variety of food items. Check it out.

Such a fun activity to do with the whole extended family. From the 12 year old to the 59 year old and everyone in between, we all had a blast!
