Very delicious "Real" Chinese food with true cook skills and quality ingredients. Clean and open comfortable space also provides good experience to customers.
Sat there for nearly 30 minutes with no service and other than the one who sat me no one acknowledge me.
The table next to me who arrived at the same time as I did ordered within minutes of being sat.
Finally, I just left after waiting.

Yu's VH has sadly declined over the past several years. The quality of the food has always remained very high quality (best Mongolian Beef around). But the portions have become significantly smaller and the service is rarely above average. Get rid of the kitschy robot and spend your profits on better servers and bigger portions.

We ordered 8 plates. Not authentic, why are you serving Mexican flour tortillas with Peking duck ?. This place is a joke and an insult to Chinese cuisine. Over-salted, no flavor mush.
Terrible food, not authentic Chinese food. They served us flour tortillas instead of boa with our “whole duck” which was actually half a duck. Ordered 8 dishes two of them were extremely salty. Server told us there was nothing wrong with the two inedible dishes. Do not go here if you have any experience with real Chinese food.

Excellent Chinese Food. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants at North suburbs of Chicago area, particularly the one at Vernon Hills. Food is delicious, each time I ordered carry out, they all packed very well too. Definitely recommend.

This restaurant is very clean, the service staff is friendly, the food is exquisite and delicious, and the price is reasonable. Especially the Bang Bang Chicken, Salt and Pepper Fish Fillet, and Dry Fried Beef Noodle are my favorites.
