Shaima is an excellent cook and her team is great. First had a wonderful experience with her during my wedding where the food, service and hospitality were excellent and beyond my expectations. The Knafeh was exceptional. We have had very good food growing up in the middle-east and Shaima's food took us right back home. We have had her food several times, sweet and savory food, during Friday prayers and have also tried her Thanksgiving food, all the times have been very happy. You can taste the love and effort in her food! It does not taste commercial like some caterers food, tastes very authentic and tastes like she uses good ingredients while cooking. She is very nice and a pleasure to talk to and goes above and beyond to cater great food!

We ordered the smallest catering tray of kibbe multiple times and they were absolutely amazing! The flavor was perfect, the texture was spot-on, and you can really tell how talented she is. The portions were very generous, and everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend — we will definitely be ordering again!

This food was amazing! I've had it countless of times at events or ordering for home but I recently catered for the first time for a large event I was hosting of around 150 people and the food was amazing! The food required a 2 hour transport and a lot of specifications and they ensured that everything was taken care of and thought of. I am very pleased with the ease of communication and the quality of food. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them for your next event or meal!

Was waiting for thanksgiving to order some halal turkey. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything last min. Imagine calling at 4:45pm and the place closing at 6pm. Nevertheless, I called and heard a pleasant voice on the otherside :) she greeted me and was very welcoming. I informed her I was interested in a few turkey dinners and she assured me she had them available and they will be ready by the time I reach . After I hung up I thought why don’t I just get a whole turkey . I called back and luckily she was able to arrange a whole dinner with a side of corn and mashed potatoes with gravy. I told her I’ll take that instead . When I arrived I was surprised it was in the basement of a Mosque. Super clean and the staff was working hard as if they had a very busy day. Shortly, Sister Shaima met me and made sure I recieved everything . She even helped me carry the items to my car since I was claustrophobic in the elevator . All this just adds to the delicious food that was served at such a short notice … everyone loved the food and this won’t be my last time ordering from her … Thank you so much for accommodating us in a short time !! Cant rate anything about this place. I couldn't find it. Picture doesn't match that its in a basement. I called to see if they are open for lunch. Lady on the phone said yes, but its only open for catering. So NO, it's not open for lunch.

Shaima is an amazingly talented chef. She is extremely nice. I have ordered food from her several times and we have always been very satisfied. Her and her staff take great care to serve amazing dishes and they accommodate any special requests you might need. My favorite part about catering from her is that it tastes like home cooked meals and this is something you don’t necessarily experience when catering from other places. I highly recommend Alrayes catering for your next event!

I rarely leave reviews but I have to appreciate my experience with Alrayes catering, we had a family Iftar in Ramadan, We ordered a whole lamb with rice, 2 types of samosa, tabbuleh and dessert. I cant talk enough about the food, the meat was on point!!!! Everything was perfect, it’s the best stuffed lamb we’ve ever had, and we tried many restaurants before, this is the BEST!! The samosa was so good too, the kids ate it all they didn't even leave us any, and tabbuleh was very clean, fresh and sour if you love tabbuleh you know what I mean! But I can’t get over the perfect Lamb, seriously And we ordered halawat al jibin, my favorite dessert ever!! It was one of the best I had in my whole life, it was different the dough was light but satisfying and sooo good My guests asked me to do round 2 of the lamb, and we’re doing it soon again. Thank you Alrayes catering for this great experience I really appreciate the top quality of everything you provided us with.
