out of all your restaurants, you couldn't put atleast one in the inner city or in the south suburbs. you sent strictly for white communities so I will not patronize. We are tired of the the economic oppression which companies like yours contribute to.
I loved this place! The Cinnamon Roll Waffles and the Ham and Cheese Omelette were absolutely amazing! The staff was great as well. I will definitely go back when I'm in town again.

Chicago Waffles at Willowbrook offers a delightful dining experience with its amazing food, friendly staff, and clean establishment. The menu features a wide variety of options, including great crispy and fluffy waffles and kid-friendly meals. Customers appreciate the attentive service and the convenient parking available. This restaurant provides a fantastic breakfast option for both locals and visitors.
The waffles and pancakes are unbelievable, with the little whipped cream on the side making the dish even more delightful. The food, including the Steak Skillet, is delicious and satisfying. The restaurant has a welcoming energy, with the staff being attentive to the customers' needs. Many customers praise the desserts, describing them as fresh, rich, and beautifully presented, often turning into a weekend family tradition. The atmosphere is quaint, with 70s and 80s music playing on the radio, and a variety of hot and cold coffees, cappuccinos, and lattes are available. For healthier choices, customers can substitute the potatoes with fresh fruit.
However, some reviews mention that the quality of the food has declined over the years; the waffles used to be tastier, and some dishes lacked the usual flavor. For example, Mexican waffles were missing Mexican chocolate abuelita and cinnamon, and the potatoes were soaked in oil and hard to bite. Service can sometimes be slow during busy times, and there are reports of a surcharge for card payments that is not always communicated upfront. Despite these issues, the staff, especially Linda and Valerie, provide top-notch service that keeps customers returning. Overall, the restaurant remains a popular spot for a tasty breakfast or dessert treat.
