Gluten free waffles and pancakes ARE available and an absolute revelation! Hallelujah! The blueberry lemon cheesecake waffles were INSANE, no maple syrup needed.Claudia was a great hostess and server. Even when she is busy she's attentive and kind.Great Julius Meinl coffee ☕?My only note, and the only ⭐ I withheld, would be that our steak skillet had barely any meat in it and was mostly large chunks of potatoes and cheese (fine, but we're here for the full melange). If we're going to do hunks of potato, I personally prefer a small to medium dice, but hash browns are my top. Skillets are a staple and will be what brings people in over and over so that they can have the filling savory meal while they share your delicious waffles. I came here with my brother and niece after seeing a few friends post stories with their kids. My niece is five years old so we figured this would be a nice place to take her for brunch. She is a very picky eater and ordered the kid's grilled cheese and waffle fries. You can never go wrong with grilled cheese, waffle fries, and milk for a kids meal. My brother ordered the chicken and waffles. He ate his entire dish and didn't find it to be anything special. He said it did not taste bad, but it was "very basic and bland". The chicken definitely looked like it could have been crispier. I am all about trying out a breakfast sandwich whenever I get the chance. I was excited try their breakfast sandwich. It consisted of two eggs, turkey bacon, and American cheese between two mini waffles. It also came with a generous helping of maple syrup. Honestly, if the maple syrup did not come with the sandwich, I do not think I would have finished it. There was not anything necessarily wrong with my sandwich, but it just fell flat for me. The flavors kind of mushed together. I would have liked the savory flavors to be more stronger. Overall, this is a basic breakfast place to go to when you're looking for simple flavors. Another thing to note is that when we went, we were one of four tables seated. I wonder how they are doing business wise.

Our server was excellent. Gave us good recommendations and very friendly. there wasn't too many items on a Saturday morning and we got a seat upon arrival. Got the waffle flight, corn beef hash, and short rib skillet. The waffle flight was good. 3 out of the 4 flavors were good. The leige, I think with bananas, was just doughy with no taste. Short rib skillet isn't recommended either. Big pieces of meat and potatoes. I didn't think it was flavorful. The corn beef hash was awesome. All in all will try some other menu options out

Stopped here on a roadtrip and this place is AMAZING. I got the build your own skillet and it was fantastic. The food was amazing, the service was super fast (especially given that we came with no reservation on a late Sunday morning). Linda, our server, was super friendly, talkative, and made us feel like we were regulars even though we probably looked tired and disheveled from driving for so long. Super cute atmosphere with early 2000s pop throwbacks playing on the AUX!
