My husband stops there almost every day. Today he ordered on the app. when he got there they didn't have what he ordered. wouldn't give a refund. offered hash browns as a replacement, which of course was less than what he ordered.
I've been to other Dunkin and they offer me anything I want if they don't have what I order.
